This was the second time I've stayed at the flat and I will definitely hope to stay again. It's so peaceful and has everything I needed for a comfortable short stay in Hay-on-Wye. The location is perfect and tgd flat is beautifully kept and decorated. A huge thank you to Dawn.

Very convenient to the town and very comfortable with all the amenities!
Room was very clean the bathroom was exceptional and the owner and staff were superb we will definitely be back to stay at this location!

Location. Very clean. Homely. Kitchen facilities were great ie cupboard space, plenty of kitchen equipment etc. Shower & facilities also great. Special touch was the Welsh cakes & carton of milk - thank you 😬. Also if you have left over food - it can be donated to either the food bank or the compost which is a great idea. Dawn responded quickly to messages & thank you to Laura for the cleanliness of the apartment. We sat outside when having our dinner & so peaceful. Close to the amenities and river. Finally we have found a permanent apartment to stay at when visiting Hay-on-Wye.
