very clean, they clean everyday and change towel everyday, except on sunday no cleaning but you can ask to change the towel, they have elevator Awesome
little bit noisy from outside but because i am too tired and i wear earplug so i am fine

The apartment is very close to taksim square, the neighborhood is very interesting, with lots of shops nearby, public transport access
The price for the apartment was definitely good, although I booked the "most expensive" one with the terrace.
The apartment was quite big.
You get an (almost daily) cleaning service.
I am not picky but the cleanliness was really not good.
I booked the room with the terrace, obviously to sit outside, but unlike the picture suggests, you can't really sit outside. The outdoor chairs are missing, and the floor and the wobbly table is covered in bird shit.
Inside the cleanliness is better, not good, but definitely better.
The kitchen is not well equipped.
The toilet seat and the balcony door were half broken.
The shower did not drain properly
I don't understand why they would leave customers disappointed with things that could easily be corrected.
