Location was great, close to the train station and all buses. Close to restaurants and many food options nearby. Everything was walkable.
The amenities were great - hotel provided shaver / PJ's / lotion / face wash.
The on Tap beer and coffee was wonderful.
The beds / pillows were a little too soft to my liking.

Hotel is in a prime location a few blocks from Tachikawa station, and the rooms were quite spacious, with a desk and lamp making it easy to work from the room if needed. The staff were also very nice and helpful.
The hotel definitely felt very dated, my room had an odd smell to it, and the carpets seemed to be old and degraded. The rooms also have small TVs, and the internet requires re-logging in every eight hours, which can be frustrating.
