The hotel is realy nice, friendly hosts.
The hotel is in the city centre, where is a pedestrian zone. You can't get to the hotel with motorbike and park there. Parking is in the store's garage, but it was not open on Sunday- when we were there. We had to leave the motorbikes in the public parking.

Hotel located in the city center. No cars passing by the hotel and easy access to all commodities in Bludenz. Rooms are big enough and cosy. The sauna (not tested but visited) has an amazing view on the mountains.
Rooms are not shinny. You have all the convenience to be located in the city center (close to restaurants and commodities) but also inconveniences (which are more important to consider when you spent a night !). We slept there on a Saturday night. It was really hot in the room (24´C) so we wanted to open the window. Every 10minutes, you are bothered by a group of people singing in the street, when it is not people screaming… we also had the big « chance » to have a huge party in the building just front of the room. We had to call the owner at 1 a.m to try to do something…. from 2a.m you can start to enjoy your night :)
At the moment to pay, we were asked to pay 70Eur additional. I insisted and confirm that everything was paid via booking so no additional fee but be careful at the payment has it was unclear situation :S
About the Guest card you are supposed to receive when you spend a night in an hotel there, I was told to ask for it the next morning to get it. When I asked, I had finally to go to the tourist office to get it… of course, this is close on Sunday… we then never got it.
When we took the lift to go up in the Muttersberg, the employee there confirmed that the hotel should provide it… Not the first time, apparently, this hotel did that… The employee was really nice and applied the reduction you should have with the guest card…
We did not try the restaurant but the one at the Schloss hotel Dörflinger was fantastic (just a tip) !
