About this villa rental
Enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful private villa, ideally located just 100 metres from the famous Nerja Caves and close to the charming Andalusian village of Maro. With a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, five terraces, BBQ area, free WiFi and parking, the villa is a perfect place to relax and an excellent base for exploring Nerja and the rest of Andalusia.
Restaurants and a bus stop with connections to Nerja and Málaga are only about 100 metres away. The centre of Maro is approximately 800 metres from the villa.
Inside the villa:
The villa is arranged over two floors and accommodates up to six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the spacious living area opens directly onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. The living room includes a dining table for six, a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV with streaming facilities. Free WiFi and international and Spanish television are available.
Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 × 200 cm) and large built-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 × 200 cm each) and large built-in wardrobe
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers, together with a spacious second bathroom. The master bedroom offers beautiful sea and mountain views.
All three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
Outdoor living:
The outdoor space is one of the highlights of the villa, with five terraces surrounded by Mediterranean greenery.
The terrace directly in front of the living room is a wonderful place for morning coffee while enjoying the sea and mountain views. The large private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off during the warm Andalusian summer.
A private three-person jacuzzi offers a relaxing place to unwind while enjoying the sea view. Another terrace features a BBQ and comfortable seating. At the rear of the villa, a secluded patio provides welcome shade during the hottest part of the day.
Privacy and access:
The entire villa, pool, jacuzzi and outdoor areas are for your exclusive use. A few clearly marked storage areas containing personal belongings are private and should remain unopened.
The pool, jacuzzi and garden are regularly maintained by the owner, always with respect for guests' privacy.
Free street parking is available alongside the villa on Calle Poniente. The toll-free A-7 motorway and N-340 coastal road can be reached within a few minutes.
Maro and the surrounding area:
Maro is a picturesque Andalusian coastal village next to the spectacular Nerja Caves, one of Spain's best-known prehistoric sites.
Maro Beach lies below the cliffs, approximately 2.2 km from the villa, and offers a beach bar and kayak rental. The surrounding coastline and natural park are ideal for walking, kayaking and enjoying the Mediterranean landscape.
The villa is approximately 72 km from Málaga Airport (around 45 minutes by car) and 94 km from Granada Airport (around one hour).

Merrick is a warm and generous host, easy-going , yet meticulous with regard to this beautiful home. All facilities are as you would like them , with ease of access, and familiar to the guest very quickly.This home is impeccably maintained throughout your stay, and evidently over the years. The swimming pool is a delight, (as is the mini pool table for the little ones)Peaceful, quiet and super relaxing, while only 10 minutes from Nerja in a taxi.We have had a pretty perfect week and could not recommend this place high enough. Great value too- Sincere thanks for a wonderful holiday. Planning our return already.

Stayed with my husband and 16 year old. We loved everything about this villa. It was such a comfortable and well maintained base for our holiday. The space both inside and out was perfect for us and all beautifully clean. There are lots of different places to relax depending on whether you want to be in the sun or shade, along with the lovely pool and hot tub.
Mirek, the owner, lives close by and was on hand to show us round and to explain how things worked. He is very friendly and helpful and easy to contact should you have any questions. He also regularly checked the pool, hot tub and garden to make sure everything was ok.
The Villa is close to the Cuevas de Nerja, from where you can catch either the local Alsa bus or the tourist train into Nerja. Taxis are also easily available and not expensive.
We hope to return again soon.

We had a fantastic holiday! The place was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Mirek, the owner, was brilliant, always available to help via WhatsApp. The pool and jacuzzi were regularly cleaned and topped up early in the morning while we slept. The perfect size for our family of five, with added amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Brilliant stay, property was in excellent order and spotlessly clean. Location is about perfect, but a hire car is a must in my opinion. Mirek the host was always available by WhatsApp if we had any needs/questions and always replied promptly. Would 100% recommend this property.
