About this house rental

The Little Barn is situated in a yard in front of Lower Court, a medieval Devon Longhouse. The Barn was converted some time ago, but has recently been updated. A number of period features have been retained. The barn has a tiled floor downstairs and has a pine floor upstairs with an oak balcony. There are chairs and a table on the balcony. The Little Barn has gas central heating, digital TV and a washing machine. Wi-fi is available. There is a table with chairs in the garden, as well as comfortable loungers. Nearby activities include walking, fishing, golfing, swimming, riding, tennis, sailing and much more. Situated in the heart of East Devon with the Jurassic Coast and Ottery St Mary on your doorstep, it is a haven for walkers. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are not too far for a visit and Torbay is a similar distance. You will be spoilt for choice when deciding how to spend each day.

Beautiful quiet country setting location perfect for driving to surrounding villages and the coast. Little Barn's private cottage garden is so pretty and full of nature and to sit on the veranda on a warm summer's evening relaxing is just perfect. The host was wonderful. We had an amazing time and an excellent relaxing holiday.

Just a wonderful property, clean and comfortable in a charming location. Great walking with excellent access to the most amazing parts of Devon. Quiet and out of the way. Elaine was lovely, and her cream tea delicious! Will be back! River Otter a stone's throw from the cottage...our pups loved it!!
