Quite location

Location is quiet. No one to listen.

Room service is not up to the mark. No nearby food source, so, in the absence of any travel arrangements, one has to rely on in-house dining, which is way more expensive than in Metro cities. Breakfast is limited, so it's difficult to feed your hunger, especially when you are travelling with your kids. The service totally depends on the staff's mercy, with customers at the receiving end. Frustrating.

How not to plan your stay during the long weekends

The location is deep inside with no public conveyance and other local conveniences nearby. I was not willing to book but didn't have other options as most were pre booked.

Meals were bad. Breakfast so so. First day breakfast 3 items and next day only 2 items. Not worth the money. Puja Bapat claims to be the owner but refuses to issue Bill saying ask Booking.com. Paid GST either Bapat or Booking.com are involved in evasion of GST by foul means. North Indians please don't get trapped and look for other better options.

The location is 10-12kms far from the main Ratnagiri city, which is good as the only sound you get to hear is of birds and winds gushing through the trees…

The owner!!! They are money minded! Rude!! And not at all customer friendly!!! -> After reaching the property they’ll ask you to pay the entire amount, Meal charges are high due to monopoly as this is the only resort in a 10-15kms radius, Veg lunch is 300/- but then we had Zomato to our rescue. -> Public transport options are limited, auto rickshaw do not drop you till the resort location neither bus so either you drive your own vehicle or rent one from the owner for which he charges a Bomb!!! Morever, additional charges if you make an extra round to resort which he did not inform while booking! -> Room service charges extras for 50rs per person! Thermos was not cleaned, tea cups had stains, quantity was limited, extra cup of tea was also chargeable!! -> If you try to negotiate for such high prices and extra charges he’ll arrogantly argue and disconnect the call, later will send his staff for getting money but he himself wont turn up for a discussion.
