The hotel lobby and restaurant are fantastic and modern. The room was disappointing as we were on the 5th floor and looked out onto a very grubby ledge - I suggest fake plants or something that will make it more pleasant to look out onto. The under curtains were dirty, coffee machine did not work and the towels in the bathroom were old, grey and shocking! But we complained and our room was changed to one on a higher floor which was much much better, and we appreciated that. The gym was also great! Angel at reception was fantastic and very very helpful and kind. Thank you for your outstanding service!
Please, the towels all need to be changed! They are really not of the standard fit for this hotel. That was disappointing. The under curtains are dirty and need to be cleaned. Don't accept a room on the 5th floor, choose higher room as the 5th floor rooms that don't have a city view, look onto a very grubby ledge.

The staff, rooms, amenities, everything was really nice. Having the mall right there is nice for quick needs to. It was central to most of the restaurants we went to and close enough to the stadium to make the World Cup visit very convenient. Views of the mountains around from the pool is dope too!
The downstairs lobby you come up in was extremely humid.
