We would like to give an 11 - perfect match!

It is an awesome appartement combined with a 5 Star Hotel service provided by Wendy, the very kind and helpful host. Wonderful view from the big terrace to the Bay of Islands. Excellent daily breakfast provided, including freshly baked bread/croissants, fesh fruits and yoghurt every morning. Modern kitchen with a Nespresso machine. Nespresso, Tea, Native olive oil, Balsamico vinegar included. Even daily cleaning done.

Luxurious Accommodation with spectacular views. A real slice of heaven!

The views were sensational and the apartment was fabulous! We were extremely lucky to get fresh baked bread the first morning and the second morning we got home made crossaints. Both mornings we had fresh fruit, yoghurt and condiments. Such an awesome place to end our Honeymoon and 3.5 week trip around New Zealand.

Everything was perfect, there isn't one thing that we would change.

World class views

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with wrap around deck. Stunning views in all directions. Tastefully decorated and the breakfasts with freshly cooked bread were a lovely touch. We even ordered food in for dinner on our final night as we wanted to make the most of the views.

Exceptional experience in a wonderful location that we would always return to!

Wonderful breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, home-made granola and fresh bread every day. The view is spectacular. The hosts were very friendly and gave lots of good tips.

Minor points: the lights in front of the bathroom mirror could be improved. The matresses seemed a bit worn out.

Stunning views, lovely accommodation and perfect hosts

Stunning views over the Bay of Islands, close to Opua Marina and ferry to Russell island. Interior was lovely and relaxing. Nice touches such as the freshly baked bread, fruits, yoghurts etc delivered each morning. Highly recommended.

Excellent and relaxing and made to feel very welcome. Would definitely return and recommend.

Breakfast was available each morning along with fresh bread delivered to the door. A good choice of fruit, pottles of yoghurt and spreads. Fresh milk was provided and replaced as need. Views across Opua were amazing. Lots of opportunity for walks and other activities.

The morning sun was lovely but the apartment we stayed in missed the evening sun. which would have been nice. This was a minor issue and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay. I think a vehicle is a definite must if you want to travel to different places.

Great hosts! Exceptional views and stunning location

The fresh baked bread provided by Wendy each morning was delicious, the fresh yoghurt, fruit and muesli each day and all the small little touches on the property made this place exceptional! The view was also stunning and being close to the Russell ferry was great for sightseeing.

Sorry, I couldn't fault this place.

Perfection and a wonderful anniversary stay

Marina Cove is outstanding - so many nice touches and treats and the accommodation was very comfortable! The view can’t be beaten and it was so peaceful. Wendy was lovely and happy to help out and offer wonderful local advice :)

Wonderful stay in a stunning location!

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful location and setting. Absolutely loved the mornings with freshly baked bread and breakfast treats, sitting out on the deck watching the boats and tui birds. We stayed in the One Bedroom Opua apartment and it was so spacious for the two of us. We were definitely sad to leave!

A perfect spot to enjoy the sun and with the boats

Breakfast was great including the nice fresh warm bread everyday. Also no problem taking the German Shepherd.

Incredible views and outstanding service

Most amazing accommodation we have ever been to! We went on a perfect night...the deck overlooks the bay of islands and has sensational views. The service was above and beyond... complimentary wine... freshly baked bread in the morning... card with the weather for the day... amazing views throughout the rooms... and large outdoor area. We has the most incredible sunset and my partner even proposed on the deck!!! :)

Everything was incredible. We are absolutely coming back.
