About this condo rental
Located in Antibes, this lovely condo for $390 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautiful apartment (" Bord de mer") has just been completely renovated (January 2017), with all modern conveniences. The AC has also been added throughout the whole property. The stylish travertine floor, the provencal style furnishing, the comfortable beddings and towels, the location right in the centre of the old town (one doesn't need a car anymore) make it truly magical giving you a true Provencal south of France feeling. It is located right in front of the sea with a view over of the marina and the Alps in the background, on the second floor making it very central and offering a place to relax after the noise of the city. The apartment's layout and its size (75 square meter/800 square foot) will provide you with ample space to relax and to enjoy your own privacy. Ideally suited for two couples or a family with children, the two bedrooms sleep 4 guests comfortably. Both bedrooms have 2 mattresses connected together making it a king size bed or 2 single beds since all have single duvets, . The finest Egyptian cotton linen has been chosen for your comfort and pleasure. A practical bathroom with separate toilets has a Provencal style. Each guests will be provided with a set of 3 high quality towels: one for the face, hands and bath towels are provided. The sitting room is very large and has a fire place with many candles, antiques, modern art, a large sofa, 2 large armchairs and dim-able lights - a perfect place to relax before or after exploring Antibes and surrounding towns. The kitchen with a Lacanche stove has been designed and equipped to enable you to cook a wonderful meal. Naturally Bord de mer has modern independent heating in each room, including the bathrooms; free high speed wifi; flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD library, books, a washing machine, microwave, a Lacanche Hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. This property is located in the heart of the old town of Antibes, the most exciting town on the sea in the Cote d'Azur, in walking distance from many attractions like the Picasso Museum, the Antibes cathedral... The neighbourhood boosts many nice restaurants/brasseries (we have recommendations!), organic stores, patisseries and the condo is located 2 minutes from the old Provencal market (voted one of the 10 best markets in the world!) where one can buy local delicacies, fruits and vegetables, scrumptious ice-creams and other delicacies. The closest train station is located 10 minutes away from bord de mer. You can then visit Monaco (30 minutes by train), Nice (20 minutes), Cannes (20 minutes) and other smaller towns on the seafront. Many stores are renting bicycles that can be rented daily or weekly and are a great way to explore Antibes. Buses stops are within walking distance. The airport can easily be reached by rented car or reserved cars: you will receive all information you need when you book the apartment. A manager will welcome you, show you around the property, give you the keys and provide you with valuable tips. He is of course available in case of emergency or for any questions you may have for the entire stay. For guests who would like to come with a car, the nearest parking is located less than 100 meters from the flat and is called: "Parking pre des pecheurs". It offers weekly deals at 61 Euros when you can come in and out of the parking at any time during the day. Please contact your manager to have more details.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The location is great and the view superb. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 people. It has a great kitchen if you want to cook in some nights. Would definitely stay again.

EXACTLY AS PHOTOS
We loved staying here. The location is amazing, and easy walks all over town to places to shop and eat. We had plenty of space for the three of us and it was so clean. There is quit a few steps so if you can't lift things make sure you have help, which the property manager helped us out which was so kind and we had a welcome basket and wine! He is amazing. The only thing you will want to know if you bring a ton of luggage its a little walk from were you can park if you have a car, you can pull up to the beach in a little cut out for a short time and drop everything and then park my suggestion and wished we knew that. Esp in the summer heat its a lot to walk up the hill with. Overall we are thrilled and coming back !!! Thanks!

We love staying in Antibes at Bord de Mer. The location couldn’t be better - 3 minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes to Marché Provençale and Museé Picasso.

Another lovely stay at Bord de Mer
We love staying in Antibes at Bord de Mer. The location couldn’t be better - 3 minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes to Marché Provençale and Museé Picasso.

Once again we have enjoyed the apartment,sitting on the balcony eating breakfast,purchased early morning croissants from market,fresh produce amazing,2 min walk from apartment ,views of beach ,marina and alps breath taking ,very pretty at night as well. Absolutely stunning - Exceeded our expectations !
Ivan greeted us upon our arrival & gave us a small induction of the property. He is very friendly and helpful. We were immediately blown away by the view. The photos online do not do it justice. My husband & I would have been happy just spending a week ok the balcony. The apartment is gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable with lovely bedding. Beach towels are included (bonus). The location is perfect, you literally walk out straight into the town. Only downside is as you come out of the beach there are no foot showers to wash off the sand so we would have to take a water bottle, fill it up and then wash our feet off once we’d left the beach to try and avoid bringing sand into the apartment. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely go back. The apartment is a gem !

Luxurious apartment with great views
We had a fabulous stay in Antibes. The apartment was everything we'd hoped for and more! We loved the style and decor and everything is finished to a very high standard. A beautiful apartment with a fabulous view
This is an upscale apartment that is beautifully furnished. The beds, linens, amenities are of great quality. If you like to cook, the kitchen is perfect with a large range and ovens. The view from the living area is spectacular with a view of the beach, the harbor, Nice across the water and the alps as a backdrop. The location is excellent, right in Old Antibes with all of it's charm. The property manager, Ivan, is a joy to deal with. He is very outgoing, personable and willing to help you with any assistance that you might need. Best of all, his communication skills are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Experience
Everything went absolutely smooth. Ivan met us with 2 sets of keys and explained everything in detail. He was also happy answering our questions and recommending great restaurants within walking distance. The flat was very clean and well maintained. We purchased fresh ingredients from the nearby market and cooked amazing dinners in the fully stocked chef's kitchen. The view of the port was lovely. We had such a nice time, we didn't want to leave. Hope to return in the future!

Perfect!
I absolutely loved the flat. It was accurately described. The location and view were amazing. We could not be happier. The flat had all of the comforts of home! We so appreciated the little things that were stocked in the kitchen if you wanted to make a meal or have coffee on the terrace. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and the flat was immensely clean! We really enjoyed the location as it was convenient to the Provencal Market, restaurants and shops. This was our first trip to Antibes and are already planning on returning and staying in the same flat. Thank you so much Ivan and Lily! You made our stay perfect. See you soon!

Beautiful large clean apartment in the heart of it all, felt like one of the locals loved it!
What a wonderful apartment, so spacious and beautifully presented so clean and has everything you need to make you feel like one of the locals, the view overlooking the sea is jaw dropping, so lovely to sit out on the balcony and have a glass of wine and cheese purchased from just down the road. Myself and my husband stayed here for 6 nights and loved every moment of it, we even cooked dinner 2 nights in the kitchen that was equipped with everything we needed and the local markets that you get your fresh veggies and produce is just 2min down the road. The weather was great when we stayed so even had a day at the beach which is just outside your front door and made use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that was in the apartment. We would certainly came back to this apartment in a heartbeat as it had everything you could want so would highly recommend

Amazing views, perfect location and beautiful apartment
We had a fantastic stay in Bord de Mer. The apartment is very close to restaurants, cafes, the market and a short walk to the train station or buses for trips further afield. We loved the feel of the apartment and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Ivan was really helpful before and during our holiday. We hope we'll be able to go back to Bord de Mer next year and would definitely recommend both the apartment and Ivan as a host.

Splendid
Our 6 week stay at Bord de Mer was fabulous. Its location in an old town setting is one of the best, if not the best with its unobstructed view of the harbour and one of the few non- stoney beaches in and around this area. The property is modernly appointed and maintained. Ivan and Hanna dealt with the few minor problems we encountered very quickly, professionally and to our complete satisfaction. Sherry, the other member of the team, was quick to respond when issues arose. The convenience of the location made it absolutely unnecessary to use a car as train and bus services are accessible within walking distance and to reach all the gorgeous medieval and seaside villages. One should bear in mind that walking and climbing are a pre-requisite to any activities local or otherwise for an enjoyable stay! Butcher, fish, cheese, etc., shops are within walking distance as is the provincial market, and many restaurants and cafés. There is not much we disliked. To anyone looking at this property, we only say "choose it." You will love it.

A-maz-ing Views
Our Christmas in Antibes was lovely, more than we had hoped for. The local Marche & shop-owners were kind, and friendly and the daily sunshine and warm weather a much-welcomed break from our Dublin winter.
Ivan is a gracious host, helpful at every turn. Including delivering a fully decorated Christmas tree when I asked where we might find one. Being 'foodies', we always enjoy cooking with locally sourced products, and found the selection and quality delightful.
Our only suggestion for the apartment owner is to look into upgrading the soft furnishings as they have become a bit 'tired' with use over time. However, with using extra bedding for covers, this too was not a problem.
We hope to return to Antibes for Christmas again and would to return to Bord de Mer.

Magical place, beautiful apartment by the sea
We loved this area. We parked our car underground and walked and took the train everywhere. Incredible variety of restaurants and shops, tons of history, very friendly people. Given it was nearly 40 Celsius all week, the air conditioning was essential! Ivan was great to deal with. Would rent again. thanks

Ideal Location in Antibes
Our family of four had a great time in Antibes and this apartment worked out perfectly for us. The location was excellent, overlooking the beach and right up the block from the morning market, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and professionally managed. We didn't have any problems and would highly recommend.

The BEST place in Antibes
We cannot speak highly enough about this apartment. While the pictures are amazing, they really do not do it justice. The apartment is situated in the heart of old town surrounded by beautiful restaurants and cafes. It is a stone's throw from a beautiful and clean public beach that you can experience even from the apartment if you want to when you sit out on the balcony. Ivan and Stefan were incredibly responsive and helpful from booking our airport transfers to recommending restaurants (all of which were fabulous). The apartment itself has everything you could need with incredible linen and an amazingly comfortable bed. It is beautifully appointed but homely and comfortable at the same time. We would not hesitate to go back and,in fact, with we lived there all the time!

Fantastic!!
My sister and I stayed here for one week in June 2018. We have just returned and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The rooms are exactly as pictured. The location cannot be beaten--the sunrise over the beach was gorgeous! I spent as much time as possible on the balcony---in the morning with my coffee---in the evening with a glass of rosé just watching life in Antibes! We did not cook, but the stove looks very nice and high grade. The bedding was very comfortable. There were some snacks for us when we arrived---this was very much appreciated!!
In addition to the wonderful location and facilities, property manager Ivan was amazing. My sister and I did have an issue that was not related to the rental, but Ivan went above and beyond to help us. He made phone calls on our behalf even though this was most definitely not related to the apartment. He was outstanding.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, so renters should be able to make the steps up to the apartment. There is a security door to the outside, so no one ever wanders in unless they have a key. The area is very secure and safe and my sister and I were always comfortable.
If I ever return (this is my 2nd visit to Antibes), I would most definitely stay at this location.

Practically Perfect
We really liked this property. First of all, I think it is the best location in Antibes. It overlooks the harbor and the Sea as well as seeing the Maritime Alps in the distance. In addition, it is a short walk to restaurants and shops.
The apartment itself has two bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a tastefully furnished living room and a kitchen that had everything we needed.
It has tile throughout the apartment. We especially appreciated the heated tile in the bathroom area. It also,has a dishwasher and a small washer for clothes, although not a clothes dryer. You can tell by how well it is maintained that the owner definitely takes pride in it.
Ivan met us and checked us in. Despite our being later than planned he was very gracious. He also was very prompt about responding to my few texts when we had a question. Finally, he went out of his way to help us when I discovered hours later that I had left my passport in the apartment.
All in all, this is a very attractive, yet comfortable living space. We would readily stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends or family.

Lovely Antibes
What a lovely holiday we had in this lovely apartment which catered for all our needs.
Ivan met us and showed us around and was on hand if we had any queries, such a helpful young gentleman.
Loved the food market and cafes and bars all around the town and also the antique markets.
The Art Festival was wonderful and if we ever win the Lottery we would come back and furnish our new properties with all the beautiful art etc from this area, (in our dreams).
Planning to return to Cote D'Azur next year , perhaps to Villefranche.
Oh I forgot to mention the pale Rose wine. Fabulous!!
