Situated in Alexander City, this attractive cabin for $87 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Cabin on Lake Martin. One bedroom with double bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa and a single daybed. Another single daybed on the large sunporch. Heated floors on sun porches available during the winter months. Covered Boat Slip. Large pier, small pier and a dock. Outside deck with charcoal grill. Minutes from Highway 280 and from River North Marine. 35 minutes from Auburn. Monthly rates available January-April - Contact owner for rates. No Pets Allowed Minimum Age to Rent is 25. Only 2 Occupants allowed. There is a 4 night minimum for a reservation. No Smoking on the Property This is a small cabin, nothing fancy, on a beautiful private lot.

This place was as advertised and more. It was very clean, cozy, and conveniently located to town. We enjoyed the mornings looking at the beautiful panoramic view of the lake. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

My wife and I have visited many coastal beaches. We love those type settings. The location and scenery of this property is just as beautiful. The kicker is I didn't have to share it. The host was available when I need something. Yes, I'd do it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake front cabin!! It’s out on a point and all by itself. No house to the left or right except those across the lake. The small cabin was perfect, the property was large with waterfront all around the house. There were four wood decks and we were able to get our kayaks in and out of the water easily. If we return to Lake Martin we’ll be staying here again. The owner was great and very quick to respond. Stay here, you’ll enjoy it!!!

This is a lovely small home with the special feature of sun rooms on two sides of the house. It is on a point at the lake, with water views on three sides. Very clean and homey.

We had a GREATt experience renting this house. Ms Howard was EXTREMELY kind and helpful with our reservation and answering the questions we had. The house is cute and was VERY clean. The check in/out process couldn't have been any easier. We loved how private it is and that it is right on the water. We will absolutely rent from her again in the future.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful and relaxing hide away than this cabin. While we were a little hesitant with the CV-19, Beverly was so quick in responding to our questions. The cabin was immaculate - cleanliness is a MUST for me and it could not have been cleaner. When not fishing, we sat out back and watched boats. Saw an Eagle too one morning. Oh yes, the bed sat up on the back indoor patio was AWESOME!!! We look so forward to our next visit!!

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect for mine and my husband's 20 anniversary trip! It was so charming and peaceful. The view of the lake was postcard worthy and the house was so comfortable and quaint. We would most definitely suggest this lakehouse for anyone wanting cozy accommodations and a break from reality. Thank you, Ms. Howard for such a memorable trip!

A more perfect location could not be found!! With lake surrounding three sides at the end of a VERY private drive, privacy was special. Long morning walks on Shady Point. Meeting friendly neighbors. Even getting a boat ride from Pattersons next door!! Fun Bluegill and Catfish fishing from four docks!! Would hope to do again. THANK YOU, Ms. Howard.

Small cozy, clean cabin with great water view on 3 sides. It was December so we did not enjoy the outdoor amenities, but very much enjoyed the views and the comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Also enjoyed Alexander City and convenience of being so close to 280 as easy access. Great for couples getaway or small family.
