About this condo rental

Located in Alexander City, this lovely condo for $200 per night is a great option for your next vacation. My little lake place is a condo so it has that condo feel. There are 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and a bunk room with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top. There are 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. There is a bar to sit and eat or you may want to enjoy the outside patio with table and chairs that have a view. The complex has two nice pools. (one is more of a lap pool and the other more of a lounging playing pool. There are restrooms located near the pool. There is a grilling section by the pools, if you would like to show off your grilling skills. Also, for the kiddos there is a playground area. I have a boat slip on the property if you would like to bring a boat or rent one from someone local. The slip is labeled with my condo number Q3. There is a game room located on the third floor of the entrance. There are 2 elevators on the premises. One elevator is near the entrance and the other is closer to my unit. When you arrive and would like to unload you may pull your vehicle close to the condo and unload. You must park up close to the garages. The lower parking lot is for the owners. My condo is in the section facing Lake Martin and the 280 bridge. One awesome thing about renting here is that you are only 2 minutes from highway 280. We enjoyed our stay on Lake Martin. It was so nice to be on the lake. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The full moon on the water was so gorgeous last evening. The whole property was well kept and pristine. We walked on the lake last night and this morning. The unit was clean and with all amenities. We drove to the Auburn football game on Saturday within 40 minutes and returned afterward to the condo. It is a very convenient location for those traveling to Auburn. Many boaters on the property were enjoying morning and evening excursions. Those looking for a special stay would enjoy this unit.

This Lake Martin condo was a great choice for us. It was close to the highway, but had a gorgeous lake view. It was a very easy drive into Auburn for Fall Family Weekend. The condo was very clean and inviting! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great Spring Break! The condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Loved there was trailer parking for the boat on site. It is a 3rd floor unit and there is no elevator that we could find, but we did just fine. Just something to keep in mind for older family members. The pools were closed for construction, but that was out of the owner’s hands, and we didn’t need them anyway since it was still a bit cool. Overall, it was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back.

This condo and location was perfect! Accommodations were beautiful with everything you need and more and many personal touches. Robin was always quick to answer any questions or needs. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of five. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony, looking at the lake, and watching the boaters. Perfect place to bring your boat and enjoy Lake Jackson. We were there for the weekend to help move our daughter in at Auburn (easy 30 minute drive!) We look forward to visiting again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. There was an abundance of kitchen supplies and even condiments and spices, which was nice. The decor was lovely also. My kids enjoyed the large sofa and extra large flat screen TV. My husband was very excited to see the smoker on the balcony. We hope to book this property again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This was a very nice and clean condo. The kitchen had Everything you could possibly need. The balcony has a lovely view of the lake and boat dock. The owner is very prompt responding to any questions via text messages. The check in and out process was very easy.
