It sits at the intersection of two idyllic country roads and offers a secluded retreat that is both rural, with horse pastures and surrounding vineyards, and within minutes to some of the best wineries and activities in Sonoma and Napa.   The 1300 square foot house is on two levels, with three bedrooms, a full bath and a half bath. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with a gas insert fireplace. The one-acre private yard has a lawn, deck with bistro lights, propane grill and lots of outdoor seating options. Come relax in a comfortable hammock and enjoy beautiful views surrounded by a grove of California oaks and young fruit trees (apple, plum, pomegranate, pear, persimmon, quince, walnut, and a variety of eating grapes). The heirloom home orchard features Luther Burbank's best known varietals (including Santa Rosa Plum), Sonoma's own Gravenstein apples (red and green variety), and a sweet Royal Medlar tree. The garden attracts many birds, including hummingbirds, and in the evenings, there is a frog symphony from the nearby seasonal pond. Perfect for couples, friends, and families. These popular camps are for kids aged 7-12 and do not require any riding experience. You can bring your kids to the barn where they will spend the day riding and learning about horsemanship.
