All great, I just wish the shower gel and hand wash were there.

Booked a private room, fair for the price. It is located on a quiet street, the center is a 5-minute walk. Shops and eateries nearby, the hostel offers different tours too. Breakfast included but never tried it.
Cocroaches in the room, AC doesn't really help but there's a strong fan. Doors are hard to lock.

The staff met us and were lovely. Good location close by to everything you would want in Chiang Rai. We had two singles which were comfy but the room didn't have much. Literally just bed, a couple charging sockets, a bedside table, and an air dryer. Really good price for what we got. There was a shared fridge downstairs as well.
The shared bathroom was a little mouldy and had damage to the walls but everything worked perfect so it was not issue for us. There was no kettle which was disappointing as we like an evening tea.
