The location of the property was excellent, and the overall ambiance was very pleasant, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. What impressed us most was their warm hospitality and positive attitude, even though they did not appear to have formal professional training.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a positive overall experience. The only drawback was the size of the room, which was considerably smaller than expected and felt somewhat cramped, especially for a longer stay. Apart from the limited room space, everything else met our expectations, and we were happy with the service, environment, and hospitality provided by the hotel.
