The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful
The location is perfect for accessing the skiing in Les Arcs and beyond to La Plagne
Great value with the full Paradiski pass included
Access to/from the boot room is difficult due to steep snowy ramp or muddy path
Difficult to work out what individual dishes contained at meals (dietary sensitivities), small amounts of each dish....often ran out before we could serve ourselves
The pillows are awful and in desperate need of replacement

good location, friendly staff, good atmosphere in the bar
Food didn't seem as good this year - scrambled egg was pretty grim, evening meal choices weren't as good, coffee machines overwhelmed at key times

Great location and good value.
Rooms very basic, lumpy pillows. My room was not cleaned or refreshed with towels or toilet roll for my entire stay.
Restaurant can be chaotic. Ling queues at coffee machines in mornings, often quickly ran out of mugs and bowls.
