Beauty and function are well served from the fully equipped kitchen in this charming and perfectly proportioned four-bedroom, 2 story home. Additional bonus features include a fully finished lower level recreation room with large screen TV, pool billiard, wet bar, trainer bike, and a full bath. The landscaped gardens and lawn are lush and the backyard is completely fenced.
The eat-in kitchen opens up to a modern dining room seating 6 - 8 guests. Central to the adjacent cozy living room is a Norwegian cast iron wood stove. The master bedroom with a king-size bed, master bathroom and en-suite walk-in closet complete the first floor.
Floor-to-ceiling windows/doors open up to a large cedar deck - overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool area with 6 chaise lounges. On the deck, a dining set and a generous lounge corner are inviting for BBQs or just chilling.
On the second floor, 3 bedrooms each with queen-size beds and one full bathroom with glass shower are perfect for a family vacation with kids.

This home was amazing!! It was fully stocked. Markus was the best host we have ever had. Very quick to respond to anything. The garden with the pool was amazing. We spend many days and every evening enjoying this beautiful setting. The location was perfect. All recommendations were great. We loved Wolffer vineyard. I would definitely return here for another stay. The time went way too fast. Thank you for everything.

Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. We spent a week and couldn’t have been happier with the location and beautiful setting. The house is in the middle of everything, easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. It was clean and comfortable, was well stocked (we cooked a couple of dinners at home and had all the tools we needed), and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and two dogs. The best part of the house was the backyard - with a great outdoor living space, a beautiful pool and plantings, and quiet privacy. We spent a lot of time out there! Markus & Kathrin were great hosts, providing us with a ton of useful information about the area before we arrived and were readily available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus's property. The house, located on a quiet street, was extremely clean and comfortable. The backyard was wonderful and very private. We spent most of our time by the pool or lounging on the upper deck.Markus was a wonderful host , highly responsive and very welcoming.We would definitely come back in the future.
