Location and the Breakfast

The kitchen was shut for renovation at the time so they couldn't offer lunch or dinner

very good location, close to the airport and other part of town.

the design concept of the room, it had the bathroom first, then the bedroom and the living area. I would have preferred it the other way round.

Everything, the service, amenities and all

Very Spacious, nice interior design concept with room on top and Hall below with view from above. Staff were polite. Bed, pillows and couch were good and comfortable.

1. Facility is poorly maintained, we had to notice many before being addressed. 2. Room telephone didn’t work 3. Dstv was working until we asked for it to be fixed 4. Bedroom TV was faulty and made it hard to watch. Hall TV was too small for a room that size. 5. Washroom shower gel was diluted and not enough. 6. Carpets in the walk way to rooms seemed dirty and heavy soiled making the place stuffy. 7. Nice balcony but the door wouldn’t open and couch didn’t look clean. 8. Underground Parking lot was left open with no security check at entry so anyone could drive through. Because of the elevator that leads directly to and from the rooms, more safety measures should have been in place.
