About this house rental
Carlotta cottage ... a holiday special. There, where the sea ends the chaos to make room for a quiet and peaceful environment, just 100 meters from the beach, a stretch of coast characterized by low cliffs and flat with easy access to the sea for children and a sea green because particularly with sandy bottom and bottom, we have restored an old farmhouse agricultural outbuilding of a larger villa, making it fully independent. We felt very much at home in this little stone house, it has plenty of space for our family of 3. The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable stay in lovely Salento!

Posizione ideale a pochi passi dal mare e da tutto ciò che serve.
Proprietari cortesi e disponibili.
Unica pecca (visto il caldo eccezionale del periodo della nostra permanenza) si è fatta sentire la mancanza di aria condizionata.
In ogni caso lo consiglierei e ci tornerei volentieri

Proprietari accoglienti e gentilissimi. La casa ha tutti i comfort e la posizione è davvero strategica!!! 1 minuto a piedi da uno splendido mare e 10 minuti in macchina da Gallipoli e le splendide spiagge delle Maldive. Consigliatissimo!! Un particolare grazie di cuore a Franco per la sua disponibilità.
