GARDEN INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND A BEAUTIFUL LARGE COVERED TERRACE THAT CAN BE USED EVEN IN THE EVENT OF RAIN. THERE IS ALSO A GAZEBO AND CAR PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY FOR MEDIUM-SIZED CARS. AS IT IS STRUCTURED, EVERYTHING ON A SINGLE FLOOR WITHOUT STAIRS AND THE LARGE GARDEN AROUND IT IS ALSO SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE AND CHILDREN. The house is placed in Intra (Verbania) in a semi-central zone, close to the apartment you can find bars, restaurants, the tipical saturday maket, shops and supermarkets. In front of the house there is the San Bernardino river where fishing is possible. Approximately 50min from Milan EXPO by car. The house is a small villa with 2 apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen, garden situated in the property, a nice big covered terrace (suitable also in rainy days), a gazebo and private parking place for medium size cars

Wunderschönes Haus an guter Lage mit wunderschönem Garten/Sitzplatz. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten bis zum Seebad. Sehr nette Gastgeber und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Een ruime woning met veel privacy. Keukengerei voldoet, o.a. goede pannen. De laatste 50 meter naar de woning is erg smal met de auto. Het is goed te doen maar met een echt grote auto zal het lastig zijn om bij de woning te komen.

The flat in a two family house is quite nice, good small kitchen, good bathroom with washing machine. The location is quite central (15 min walk to Intra center - very nice), but be aware: it is only 20 m (!) from a busy road and in hearing reach from a factory. So it is not quiet!! Adding to that was that the grey house beside the yellow house is currently renovated, so we had lots of noise also from the other side. There is a parking by the house, but don't come with a large car: it is very narrow to get in there.

maison très agréable et très propre, spacieuse avec rien de superflux et juste ce qu'il faut. Des propriétaires discrets et qui ont à coeur que nous passions de très bonnes vacances chez eux. En plus qui parlent le français. Nous avons adoré.

Très bien situé sur le lac Majeur

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour avec nos deux enfants. Très bien situé à proximité du centre ville d'Intra qui peut se faire à pied. Maison très propre avec une cuisine toute équipée et un jardin impeccable avec une grande pelouse où les enfants ont adoré jouer au ballon. Collé à Verbania et à 25min en voiture de Stresa - Baveno (pour visiter les îles Borromées) et pas très loin de Cannobio (très jolie ville avant la frontière Suisse)... Feriolo est à faire un soir au coucher du Soleil : magnifique ! Seul bémol le manque de couverts mais je suis sûr que Madame Belotti va remédier à cela rapidement si ce n'est pas déjà fait... Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !
