Amazing host, very generous and genuine. We were very well looked after. Great location for entrance 3 for the lakes. Basic room and amenities but good value for money considering the location and expectional hosting. Good selection of herbal teas. The food received from the farm was great!
Can hear a lot of noise from other people in the property and bed was uncomfortable.

The house is cosy and tidy. The location is top, close to the Plitvice lake, you can go by car or by foot. The animals around the yard is a unique bonus experience.

This place was such a peaceful gem. The location was quiet but walkable to the park and a restaurant. The location is rural and the animals are lovely. The best part is the host. He went above and beyond, from tips on the park to homemade farm fresh breakfast for a small fee. He was also just a great person to talk to

We stayed at Country house Plitvice for two nights. If you love nature and animals, you will definitely enjoy this peacefull place. The owner however, is what set this place apart by making it both an enjoyable and relaxed stay. He was waiting for us to hand over the keys in person and answer questions. He told us everything about the Plitvice lakes, the best routes and entry points (10 minute walk from the location) and gave us tips about restaurants, places to visit, and everything else you need. We learned a lot about life in Croatia and about the region. Regarding the place itself, everything looked just like the photo's and it was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you want to head over to the Plitvice Lakes National Park.
The only thing I can think of is that it would have been nice to have a kitchen at the accomodation. Although I have been informed by the owner that this is something he is working on. So it might be added in the near future.
