It's a beautiful and authentic 150 square meters 3 bedrooms house located rue de la Tourraque, in the 1st French floor of 17th century walk up building and it sleeps 6 people. The house was completely renovated with high quality materials. An architect and an interior decorator have worked on keeping the old looking charm while adding trendy furniture and a contemporary decoration for a very harmonious touch and feel. The cost of preparing the jacuzzi is €150 for a stay of 4 to 7 nights. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, the additional cost is €20 per day. 💶 Payment is due in cash on the day of your arrival. For exemple : the cost of using the hottub for a 10-night stay is 150€ + 3x20€, or 210€. 🗓️ If you wish to use the hottub outside these periods, The cost of preparing the jacuzzi is €225 for a stay of 4 to 7 nights. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, the additional cost is €30 per day. 💶 Payment is due in cash on the day of your arrival. For exemple : the cost of using the hottub for a 10-night stay is 225€ + 3x30€, or 315€. --------------------------------------- TRANSPORT NEARBY : ✈️ Nice International Airport (NCE) 30 minutes by car. 🚂 Antibes train station 15 minutes on foot.
