We loved it.

Loved the location and the water

The master bedroom bathroom shower needs some work but we were able to take showers.

Door code was texted to me. We did not have to meet anyone.

Dining seating was limited with only four chairs.

Exceptional

It was very cozy, and close to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. It was perfect

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer. I could have stayed forever.

Overall, it was not bad. There weren't any stoppers for the kitchen sink.

There was no breakfast

Other than what I listed above, everything was great!

No grip in bottom of bathtubs. My 77-year-old mother slipped and fell in tub. Had to call ambulance to pick her up and make sure she did not break anything. She is fine just a little bruised. Power went out for a couple of hours and there were no candles to light. Had to sit in the dark until power came back on.

Overall is was good. Just needs a few upgrades.

The cabin was nice and we like the hot tub.

The beds was uncomfortable and the lighting was horrible. The master Queen bed should have been on the main floor not upstairs. The price you pay these things should be better. Hopefully with updating these few things it would be a better score.

Not many extra kitchen supplies. Needed to buy more supplies coffee, coffee filters etc.

Comfortable and centrally located!

Location! Location! Location! Easy to get to everything! Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc Pet friendly inside the cabin. Very thankful to be able to bring my elderly Chihuahua. We don't go without him.

Wish there had been a yard to walk my chihuahua. There is NO YARD and their was no safe place to walk him. Had to cross the road to find a patch of grass for him to "go."

very very disappointing stay considering the $$ we paid!!

The cabin was right by a busy road so I’m front you had traffic and on one side there was traffic,the deck was in horrible shape (some poles not even attached) then my BIGGEST issue was it was infested with rats/mice I’m not talking about 1 or 2 it was a whole village we had to throw all of our food away that sit out on the counters because the next morning they had been in everything & poop was everywhere on the counters all in the kitchen sink very disappointing experience considering it was almost $1000.00 for 2 night….never again!

I wouldn’t recommend.

it’s decent sized.

it wasn’t cleaned even though we waited all day to get into it. not once was asked if we needed anything and when I asked for a pin I was told to look at my email which I couldn’t do because I didn’t have service. everything is dusty and dirty so our allergies have been crazy can’t relax all the traffic is loud the hot tub was nasty and stinks there’s mold in the bathrooms there animals living in the walls if you’re going to decorate clean the stuff there years of dust on it all and the beds suck.

I liked the location it was so close to Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge. I enjoyed having a hot tub outside & liked the wrap around deck it was nice. Glad there was enough for seating for everyone in the living room area.

It wasn't the cleanest, there was dust on everything, the dishes were kinda nasty. The bathroom faucets were both messed up, and the shower heads looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, as well as the shower curtains. Also, one of the rooms didn't have a TV as listed on the description. I don't think the hot tubs temperature reading was right. It felt like bath water to us. If you stay in the bottom room you can hear literally every move upstairs. You can't use both showers at once because there isn't enough water pressure, so it took all of us so much longer to get ready.

Absolutely fantastic - great place to gather with family and see a great part of US history

The location was very nice - tucked in on the side of the hill/mountain. Cozy cabin to enjoy relaxing and reminencing of sights and attractions.

Cabin was clean and had utensils to cook with.

The cabin was too close to the busy, noisy road. None of us could sleep due to constant road noise.

It was a good location. Close enough to town and it was very nice inside and outside.

Fun and beautiful trip to Pigeon Forge!

Loved the cabin, very cute and cozy. Beautiful surroundings and close to so much fun stuff!

I sure wish there was more kitchen items, seasonings and maybe some oil, coffee filters. Also it would have been great to have had a larger bed in at least one of the bedrooms.

Really enjoyed our trip

The responsiveness of the staff was wonderful. They were easily available for a few minor issues and reaction time was quick. The cabin is clean and quite nicely decorated. Great location . Good parking. Spacious rooms, bathrooms. Plenty of room for a family or several couples. Loved the extras like the toiletries in the bathroom and the items for the kitchen.

Downstairs bed was way too high. I slid off the side getting dressed ( I'm 5'6" ) We switched to the upstairs bedroom. I realize it not advertised as handicap friendly, but, for us older folks while the bathrooms are large a walk in shower in one would have been great.. Perhaps higher toilets also . The TV in the living room was Vizeo so if you don't have an account your viewing choices are limited. Hot tub on the front porch, road view, needs a screen please.

I liked the location since it was close to all the activities we were planning on doing.

Location is the best!

Sleeps 10, not enough dining seating and a small apartment size stove make it hard to cook meals, we should have brought some extra blankets and pillows

it was a great way to get away and enjoy family.

the location was great and it was really quiet.

The facilities was clean but the dryer had water in it, the tvs did not work other than in downstairs bedroom, could have provided more than 2 trash liners and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Very good

Place was spacious and clean. Plenty of cleaning supplies and bath towels. Location was conveniently located between pidgeon forge and gatlinburg. The explorie discounts were an added bonus.

There was a mouse in the house. Apparently the hot tub needed to be serviced. Repair people showed up while we were at the house. The wifi did not work when we arrived. The code to the door did not work when we got there. The couches were uncomfortable.

Needed a shower mat bc it was slick, didnt have a TV upstairs in the spair bedroom. The faucet in the master shower was loose. Think its time for new mattress and box springs in the cabin.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in the cabin and our time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We liked being able to use a code to enter the cabin. We loved the location of the cabin and the cabin suited our needs. We liked the fact that there was a stream right next to the cabin and also liked the wrap-around porch. The interior of the cabin was comfortable and was nicely furnished.

We didn't like that we did not get to stay the full time that we paid for due to being evacuated at 2 am EST from the cabin due to fires in the area. Power went off at approximately 1:30 am EST which meant that we had to vacate the cabin in the dark, which made collecting our things very difficult and resulted in us leaving several hundred dollars of food at the cabin. One other thing that was vexing was the fact that their were food ( possibly cracker crumbs ) in the bunk beds and the heat/air ducts in the downstairs bedroom floor is full of "dust bunnies".
