> No lift - we had to drag 3 suitcases up a long set of stairs to the first floor
> WiFi was not working when we tried to login
> There was no phone number to call in case of urgent issues - we had to send a message via booking.com that the WiFi was not working and simply hope someone responded
> The automatic registration machine after entering the front door did not work properly - and there was no number to call for help - somehow we were processed after a lot of fiddling about, but we were not sure how

I liked that there is no staff, everything is done by myself, everything is automated. The location was very good just 5-7 minutes of calm walking distance away from the airport. Facilities were clean and nice.
No shampoo in the shower cabins, it was a little colder than usual though it was still ok (it was early February cold), no paper towels in room, the vending machine did not accept card payments, no information about how to check-out or whether there is no need to check-out.

Good location and amenities
I was absolutely starving from my travel day. Ran out of euros buying water and food. I wanted to make noodles but then the microwaves only worked for a few of the noodles. Why??? If I’m paying for th water to make the noodles and the noodles why can’t you at least let the microwaves be free. I get that it said that on the paper but that is SO STUPID. So I was starving and had to eat half cooked (from the tea water) nasty tomato soup with hard noodles. Absolutely ruined my experience. And the check in desk with the passport scanner didn’t work either.
