The bungalows were gorgeous. The view was incredible. The food was amazing. Everyone eats together, family style in the main house, where it is prepared on site by some great chefs. They could not have been more welcoming. It was an amazing week and we will definitely be back. 
Honestly, I don’t have a bad word to say about my experience there, which is unusual in and of itself.  if I had one note, which would not be a complaint, just something to be aware of; it would be that the bungalows are up a hill, which gives them an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding area and the ocean. That could be a tiring walk after several days, however, they have golf carts to pick the guests up and bring them down to the main house or back.  this took a little getting used to, but you just text them and they are at your doorstep in the golf cart in under two minutes. Like I said, not a problem as they pick you up; and it allows these amazing scenic views that no one else has.

Great breakfast included with the room, loved the views, the hammocks and location away from Jaco (just a few minutes). Very helpful staff. Loved our stay. Would recommend. Under new owners, Surf Synergy. So much to do and explore around the area.
My first real CR trip, I wasn't a fan of Jaco but the surf lodge was great. It's just enough out of town to feel like you are away from the busy town.

We had such a great time at vista Guapa. Thank you so much to the staff for their amazing hospitality snd recommendations. They really went above and beyond. Would definitely come back here next time we visit jaco. Our favourite accommodation so far.
