Perfect stop over location

Perfect for a short stop over in Bogota. Extremely friendly staff. Big apartment with comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast is basic but the cook will make any eggs you like. The supermarket/shopping mall opposite is fantastic - lots of food stalls and everything you could need to buy! Food, SIM cards, tech. Great range of healthy options for foods.

The kitchen utensils are all locked away and you have to pay a deposit to have them available to you.

No me gustó que a veces cierran la puerta principal de recepción y se tiene que tocar. En lo demás excelente. El personal muy amable e instalaciones muy elegantes y limpias.

Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, la cama confortable, muy poco menaje en la cocina, en general todo muy bien

Alguno que otro ruido desagradable y más cuando uno está con hijos menores, pero eso no es culpa del hotel. La responsabilidad es de los huéspedes que son pareja que no dimensionan la incomodidad que pueden causar a otros

Fantástico

Cómodo, amplio, moderno, personal súper atento, nos prestaron adaptadores porque los que compramos no funcionaban, los amenities del baño, loccitane hermosos, toda estuvo de maravilla.

No es un hotel

La ubicación

Esto no es un hotel es una renta de apartamentos. La habitación no cuenta con todos los elementos de una habitación de hotel. Aparte de que no hay minibar, no hay mesa de noche, ni sillas para sentarse en el balcón. Por supuesto tampoco hay room service ni siquiera tienen hielo. Debería ser honestos con la propuesta que dan y no decir que es un hotel cuando lo único que son son apartamentos vacíos a la renta.

Hotelul e frumos ! Camerele mari spațioase .

Personalul în afară de o doamnă total dezinteresat ; nu e posibil ca la check in in cameră să nu fie niciun umeraș în dulapuri, nici un prosop, 0 sapun lichid , 0 gel de duș și 0 șampon ! Bucataria cu electrocasnice și o cafetieră care nu functiona si 0 pahare,0 cesti , etc etc ! Am adus la cunoștință recepției și cand am venit din oras tot nada ! De dimineață când am reclamat din nou doamna amabila a rezolvat , restul personalului nu s-a deranjat !!!

Grand, propre, lits confortable, produits de douche de marque l'occitane, WiFi, en face d'un centre commercial avec plein de restaurants, bon rapport qualité prix

Manque d'équipements: dans la salle de bain pas de sèche cheveux, il y a une cuisine mais pas de couverts ni assiettes ou poêle pour cuisiner

La ubicación era buena, el lugar era agradable, la cama estaba grande y cómoda.

Los mandos del TV no servían, la cocina no estaba equipada y según el hotel si, la habitación no tenía calefacción ni aire acondicionado.

Atención de Recepcion , el ingreso del carro es en ascensor y la persona encargada olvidaba que estábamos dentro del ascensor nos dejó en varias ocasiones esperando dentro con Niño a bordo muy mal .

Estaba centrico, tenia un super Exito al frente y fue de mucha ayuda

El desayuno - el peor que he tenido en cualquier hotel de donde me haya hospedado. No solo lo sirvieron tarde, si no tambien pocas opciones. Muy pobre. Las alfombras de los pasillos sucios, paredes sin pintar, me entregaron mi habitación tarde, y tras eso me dan una llave maestra que para mala suerte, al confundirme con cual era la suite designada, abri sin querer las puertas de otras suites incomodando a sus ocupantes. La palabra “luxury” necesita ser eliminado del nombre de este hotel, porque es engañoso.

Las habitaciones excelentes, el parqueo bien, el desayuno excelente y puedo decir que lo mejor del hotel es el personal, el personal del restaurante muy atentos y las recepcionistas increíbles, siempre dispuestas a colaborar y dando la milla extra.

No vuelvo a ese hotel.

La ubicación estaba super.

El desayuno fue lo peor, esas fotos que muestran en le sitio web sobre el desayuno, jugo de naranja, frutas abundantes, son mentiras, no había casi nada, no había frutas, no había mantequilla, tuve que decirle a la recepcionista que mandara a comprar la mantequilla, pedi unos huevos sin nada y me los trajeron con jamón, al parecer ya estaban hechos los huevos y no te hacen nada personalizado. el restaurante es demasiado pequeño y no cabe mucha gente. El recibimiento de las niñas en la recepción fue muy frío, muy despotas. No vuelvo a ese hotel. Pedí una alcoba del lado opuesto de la calle para no escuchar ruido y sin verificar me dijeron que NO. Había poco jabón para uno bañarse

Totally recommended for families!

Delicious food!; however, it would be better if more options available, but overall it's very good. The room cleaning process was very impressive.

I have to say that all staff were very kind, and the management was always accessible and helpful when needed it. I don't have anything to complain about the facility nor the staff. Great work guys!

Solid 2-star hotel

Spacious suite with a comfy bed in a convenient, relatively quiet, and forested area of the city.

To access the garage, your car needs to be lowered by an elevator with you at the wheel, which can be a bit unnerving. The parking garage is very tight and challenging to navigate, I would not recommend it unless your parking skills are superior. The lobby tries to be modern and hip but manages to feel cheap and tacky. A small elevator brings you to your floor, and once you exit, be prepared to navigate the corridor in the dark as the automated lights take a while to come on. Once inside the suite, the room looks big and well lit, with a kitchenette and 1.5 bathrooms, although there were no utensils, pots, or a microwave, so do not plan on doing any cooking. The walls have noticeable stains, and our baby's hands and feet were black from dirt after crawling on the floor for a few minutes. The auxiliary bathroom did not have any towels and barely any tissue on it, and although both bathrooms boast l'occitane en provence product bottles, they are refilled with generic products of much lower quality, which in itself is a perfect metaphor for this hotel. Not sure how it obtained a 4-star rating here.
