Hampton Point, or more accurately, Hampton Towers is a 5 star Premier Inn. The property is secure and safe. The welcome was personable and hospitable. The location is also excellent, right at the heart of Enfield Town shopping complex. Great place all round.
All that worked were more important to focus on, not what didn't work.

Property was very clean. Location is amazing, very close to Enfield town.
No fans available and it was during the heatwave.
No washing up facilities such as washing up liquid and sponges.
No toilet roll until I asked host. However it did get delivered quite quickly.

The lady who met us with the keys was really helpful and friendly.
Apartment was clean and well furnished for two people staying for a short break.
Close to shops and Enfield Town rail station.
Quiet area.
1 extra towel each would have been ideal. Not a deal breaker, otherwise everything was great :)

The lady met us outside
The lady told us not to go by the front desk or the concierge/staff member would get mad at us. Not a big deal because we were at the other end.
