Sometimes, staying somewhere feels like a privilege. We can't praise this place enough.
The communication from Francesco was absolutely perfect. The building was wonderfully atmospheric and the room was thoughtfully put together, such attention to detail.
We had everything we needed for a short stay. Having a fridge plus coffee AND tea for us English/Irish types was a massive bonus.
The shower was incredible, but difficult to work out, despite Francesco's video. A small issue though.
We loved sitting on the small balcony enjoying the calm of the gardens at the back of the building.
All in all, a wonderful stay, and we would love to return.
Nothing we didn't like, but worth noting that it may be difficult for anyone with accessibility issues.
Also, the lift is small, and, I suspect, prone to breaking down as it did on our last day.
None of this negatively impacted us. Staying in Centro Storico can be a challenge to mobility, but I suspect anyone who has mobility issues would do their research anyway.

Perfect location, very comfortable, great coffee machine snd plenty of tea.
There was no information in the room or location map of the area, we arrived after 11pm it was very hot snd there was no cold water in the fridge

great outdoor space and comfortable bed. location convenient for old town.
very noisy from the road outside and no blind on roof window did not get much sleep. Shower over bath not great.
