overall, price and value of hotel was worth it for convenience, access to city and amenities, trusting friendly staff

the staff was friendly and accommodating

the showers had water running out to the entire floor due to the style of showers, wall are thin and can hear noise some nights from neighbors, room smelled like durian upon check in

Staffs are very friendly and location is great for Cho Ray hospital.

The NOISE. It is noisy all day and night, non stop, from honking, cars, motorbikes, and the ambulances. If you are not familiar with the Noise, it will be hard to sleep and to stay. For a good night sleep, you can find a quiet place near by and take the grab, which is cheap and easy to use.

Clean. Right beside Cho Ray Hospital where the conference held. Comfortable bed and pillows

The hotel beds are very comfortable. The AC is working very well and is not loud. The staff is trying to help you. It was cheap.

Wifi did not work over the time we were there, which makes it difficult for foreigners. We have booked breakfast. They do not make own breakfast by their own on a Sunday, instead they order food. We have ordered breakfast without meat or fish and we got a sandwich with Pate, made of pig liver. There are close to zero restaurants around, we had to eat chips from the seven eleven store around the corner for dinner. There were dead Flys at the bathroom window.

Very pleasant and helpful staff

It’s right next door to Cho Ray hospital.

No restaurant service on Sunday (due to staff shortage post Covid) but it’s not their fault.

Really close to Cho Ray Hospital

Friendly and Helpful staff. If you stay for health check at Cho Ray Hospital, you just cross the street and there you are. Really close to the big hospital. Food store around with various choices. Even the securities are friendly too.

The connecting room might be a little bit humidity. I can smell that. But the rest are too good for a 3-stars hotel.
