Great location which is 5-10min walking from the park with warm water and air conditioning. Clean room during check in. Friendly staffs and cute cats in the accommodation.
Guests are advised to adjust their expectations accordingly before stay as it is a basic home in a remote village. There could be ants eruption on the floor although the ants dont really bother our stuffs.

This is a real homestay where you are treated like a guest of the host family.
Excellent breakfast (included) and dinner (at a very fair price, with lots of veggies).
Very fair value for money for Mulu.
Simple, but comfortable room. Just 15 minutes walk from the national park entrance.
We ended up staying only one of the five nights we had booked because we were lucky enough to get accommodation in the park, something we had tried months ago, when we were told that it was fully booked. While we loved the (much more expensive) park accommodation because it was even closer to nature, we missed the warm hospitality of Robert and Dina, who were incredibly gracious and helpful, as well as interesting to talk to.
The bathroom could use a makeover, especially some more space to put your things.
