Great location and easy access and ideal for shor stay

Great little studio flat and location was excellent and host communication also excellent - overall very good

amazing central location

an apartment with an amazing central london location, close to lots of eateries so plenty of choice owner was very good at communicating with us making access to the flat very easy very close to Leicester Square underground even has a washing machine and dryer plenty of nice towels lovely old wooden floors

the stairs are slightly steep due to it being an old building these are very minor and pedantic issues (fan needs a clean, the bedding didn’t match the curtains, the wall behind the sink moved which was slightly disconcerting, the silicon in the shower needs replacing)

Terrible experience. Unprepared property and refusal to refund

The flat was not available at the agreed time, so we were unable to stay. Looked as described. Spacious. Responsive host.

The advertised check in time was 3 pm with self check in. When we arrived, the cleaner was still inside and stated it would take another hour. Because we had a time sensitive event at 5pm, we could not wait and were forced to book alternative accommodation. The host then refused to refund us, claiming we should have given advance notice of a 3pm arrival. This condition is nowhere in the listing terms. Unprofessional management and a complete failure to meet basic contracted check in times. I see from other reviews that this is a repeating issue.
