The rooms are clean and tidy. Front‑desk staff are really friendly. Great location close to the metro station. The view from the room is nice. Breakfast has lots of options, including tasty local Xi‑an food and many other dishes.
Nothing really needs improvement. Overall experience was excellent.

哇塞！这次入住经开voco简直太赞啦，就像进了超酷的万圣节派对里！
房间里的大床软得像云朵，一切都摆放得整整齐齐，智能的设施也很好用，舒心！晚上在餐厅还赶上了主题自助餐，各种造型奇特的美食，小怪兽蛋糕，魔法药水饮料，牛肉很嫩，比萨也好吃，节日气氛嗨到爆！孩子玩的很开心。酒店的服务也很贴心，退房高效，也面带微笑，给人感觉很温暖。

First time staying here and it was a pleasant surprise! The room is compact but spotlessly clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff - everyone was so welcoming. Plus, the location couldn't be better with all the convenient transportation options

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, ma purtroppo all’arrivo ci hanno confuso con un’altra prenotazione e non hanno considerato che fossimo tre adulti.
Hanno dovuto correggere l’importo e ci è voluto quasi due ore per sistemare tutto.
Peccato, perché un’accoglienza più organizzata avrebbe reso l’esperienza decisamente migliore.
