The welcome was warm. Parking seemed safe. Room was very clean.
Not their fault - but it was so very noisy! Perhaps a function at the shool? School kids also booked in. Traffic.

The amenities, pool, foyer interior decoration & mountain views.
Lack of attention to the room we booked to what we were given. Us having to correct it. Bed was not comfortable at all with the mattress sagging one side looking very flat , bedding had small little holes. Towels had some light stains. 2 of the 4 wine glasses was dirty.
