We needed to book somewhere quickly whilst in France…and found this property we were contacted by the owner he could not of been more helpful clear instructions to the villa
it’s off the main road a little drive down a quiet road very spacious there is a pool it’s a walk up a short drive next to the property.
We saw a giant stick insect which was amazing for our children and the nearest beach almost opposite the bottom of the road is lovely
As we booked in a hurry we’re not sure if this was why there wasn’t much chance for someone to come in a clean the property beforehand the bed linen and towels were clean as was the kitchen but it had a dirty sponge in the sink and rubbish in the bathroom bin but we did book the night before we arrived
The pool to me looked closer to the building than it is and the path to it is very steep which could be tricky for smaller children or if your unsteady but there is a pool
And maybe an extra fan there were so many mosquitoes we couldn’t keep a door open and the candles just didn’t work sadly and the one fan just wasn’t enough but that is just a personal preference perhaps they just liked us

Great location very close to the sea (5 min by bike, very nice beach) and still far enough to feel away from the crowds. Friendly staff keeping the house. Great and clean pool. Nice terrace for having meals. Equipment and furniture is basic but all you need for a holiday stay.
It´s not a house as we thought we had booked but an appartment in a private house. It still offers a degree of privacy (except for occasionally passing people from another appartment) but it should be advertised differently.
