朝食も夕食もとてもおいしかったし、品数も豊富で、好き嫌いの多い子供も喜んで食べていた
大浴場が広くて露天風呂も気持ちよかった
古かったり、カビ臭かったりしたのが残念。
大浴場前の自販機があるコーナーはすごく古くて、照明もほとんどなく、暗くて怖かった。
脱衣所の清掃をもう少しこまめにして欲しい。
色々なものが落ちていたり、虫がいた。
部屋のカーテンを開けたら、埃が舞って酷かったので、そこは残念でした。

スタッフがとても親切で快適でした。
お部屋の露天も良かったです。
古い施設なので仕方ないのですが、
機材や建物などの劣化ぎ目立ち、
もう少し新しいのできたら、
さらに人気になりそうです。

貸切風呂があり、赤ちゃんも一緒に入れた事。
でも、お湯が熱すぎたのでつかれなかった。
ネットで予約したが、室内にも風呂付きのを予約していたのに、当日チェックインしたらお風呂がついてない部屋で、フロントに電話確認した際に電話に出た方の対応があまり良くなかった。終始ダルそうな感じで話されたので仕方なく諦めてその部屋に泊まった。

スタッフさんの接客が良かった
シャワーの水圧が弱すぎ、トイレの水が流れない、食事のビュッフェは無いものが多すぎる
