The dinner and the activities are nice for families

The reservation for the activities was not stated. We would have come early if we knew that we need to reserve the karaoke or the private bath

We enjoyed the onsen and our room was beautiful, with a good location for reaching other attractions

The provided breakfast and dinner were good, and the room was very spacious with a traditional aesthetic. It was a 10 minute walk to a major train station and 20 minutes to the ropeway to go up the mountain.

It felt a little overpriced considering the visible wear and tear to the facilities and relatively small spa area. Outdoor areas could use a renovation.

広くて、様々の遊び所や、休憩所があるのが良い。子供のイベントがたくさんあった。

遊びところは全部予約制で、チェックインの昼の15時からほとんど予約いっぱいになる。

We request non smoking room, but we got a smoking room that heavily smoke smell whole floor. I am very disappointed.
