The staff was extremely courteous. Breakfast was right on time 7.30 AM and had variety of options to choose from. Hotel is in MIDC area and completely cut off from city noise and pollution. It feels like you are staying in forest. I would visit the hotel again whenever I will be in Parbhani in future.
Curtains of my room were having stains. Else, everything in the room was perfect. Hair dryer, Iron and a iron table would add value to the room.

I loved the hospitality and caring. It was out of the world. Flet like Europe.
They charged me extra day, when I checked out. But given covid situation, I let it go.

Considering place like Parbhani... this place is well maintained and seems to be the finest property in the town. overall the property is nicely maintained.
the elevator is too slow and noisy and needs maintenance. hallways are too deserted... can add a few paintings or pictures of culture etc. to get a more premium feel. this property is just short of being premium.
