Perfect vacation

Perfect location for exploring the island. The apartment was big, very clean with a lot of equipment and big yard in a peaceful area. Very kind and helpful hosts!

Exceptional

Mrs. Lucia and her husband were very pleasant, kind and helpful hosts, our contact and handover of the key was without any problems. The house was very pleasant, sunny and clean. We had everything we could need as a family with small children. Ms. Lucia left small snacks, coffee and fruit for us. A washing machine with detergent and toiletries were available. Wifi and TV were without problems. The garden is very nice, the possibility of private parking. The location is very good, close to the beach, we also visited Noto and Syracuse. We thank our lovely hosts for a pleasant stay. :)

I will mention only really small details (as advice for hosts to make the stay absolutely perfect for their guests) - the handle on the master bedroom door creaked and made a really loud noise when opening the door, and it disturbed our children a bit when they were sleeping (it would be great to do something about it if possible). If there were more pegs to hang the clothes on it would be wonderful.

Superb

Very friendly hosts, house clean and well equipped, salt oil, sugar, detergent available. Washing machine, oven. Good mattress, new bathroom. We very much enhoyed the stay.

(Bunk bed a bit shaky, but ok)

Spacy part of house in quiet district, equipped well for long stay,.light and surrounded by small garden. Very helpful owners, bravo. We felt like home.

As place is not right next to the beach, bycicles need to be upgraded.

Superb

Lovely well equipped apartment, owner couldn't have been more helpful. Near beach which is a 4mins drive away, or free bikes are provided. We were here to visit the historical site in the area,all easy to drive to from this location, and stopped at beach on the way back. Nice outside area to relax as well.

Having to contact owner when we locked ourselves out, we're so sorry! Plumbing was a bit noisy but I left the plugs in sinks over night and this seemed to stop it.

Relaxing place that will definitely fill up your energy.

The property is fantastic in terms of comfort and location. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this property is right for you. The hosts are very warm people, extremely friendly and polite. When you arrive at the property you may notice that the property itself is even better than the pictures on Booking. The hosts made us feel very welcomed by providing fresh fruits and snacks. They even had a beach umbrella which we could take with us to the beach. It's a very relaxing place that will definitely fill up your energy. Great vibes!

The negative aspects are not that important, but if the hosts make a slightly few adjustments, this property could become an exceptional place to stay. For example: - There were no fans in the bedrooms, only one air-con in the living room but it won't cool the bedrooms down. - There is no microwave in the kitchen. - There is a very handy tap in the backyard which wasn't working. - In terms of noise, the property is very quiet, and the location is also quite. However, it can become a bit noisy if the neighbors upstairs decide to run or move furniture. This wasn't a major problem for us, as we couldn't hear frequent noises upstairs.
