Perfect location, stunning view from the balcony (13th floor). Practically on the beach :) Very well equipped apartment, got everything you need to cook and not only from beach umbrellas and beach towels to rain umbrellas (not needed :) ), games, guides, books. It was very nice, one of the best accommodations we have been. Neighbours are very quiet and if they had mending to do, they did it after 9 a.m so we were not bothered by the noise. You also have tools to clean the apartment so that if you stay there multiple days you can vacuum or sweep. There is also a person sitting at the entrance of the building on weekdays and this also is a plus for safety.
The location can get sometimes noisy (especially on weekend nights) due to the fact that at night people stay out on Malagueta beach and they can be noisy. But this is not a problem with the apartment itself.

Appartamento moderno, pulito e ben strutturato.
La signora all’accoglienza gentilissima e molto disponibile.
Se sei in più persone 1 bagno può essere un po’ stretto.
