Situated in Milford on Sea, this lovely cottage for $126 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It is completely detached from the house for any guests that like their own peace and quiet. It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a bedroom with king sized bed and brand new mattress and shower room. Located just a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's lovely restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, all set around a delightful village green. Little Ridge is a detached property set back from the family home, with integrated oven, fridge and dishwasher, TV and it's own outdoor fenced off patio area. It is also situated just a ten minute walk from the sea, which can be accessed through the nature reserve just up the road from the house. From the coastal path, you can walk to either Keyhaven to the West or Barton on Sea to the east, all with magnificent sea views towards the Isle of Wight and the Needles. It is also just a ten minute drive to Lymington with it's Georgian architecture, bustling Saturday market and ferry to Yarmouth. To the west, Mudeford and Hengistbury Head are just a short drive away and the golden sands of Bournemouth just beyond that. To the north, the new forest offers fabulous walks or bike rides. There are many fantastic places to eat and drink in Milford on Sea, all within easy walking distance and we are very happy to give you our recommendations!

We found this property adequate as a base for our days out. The location was good and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely.
We were however a bit disappointed that there was no welcome hamper for us upon our arrival, unlike other locations we have stayed at.

Little Ridge is a great little property on the hosts grounds. Has everything you need for a few days stay and only a short walk to the village where you will find some lovely places to eat and drink (but do book the day before if you like somewhere in particular as they do get busy).
Great position for day trips out to anywhere around that coast. We would love to come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and our dog. Little Ridge is a quiet & cosy place to stay, which is a perfect base for exploring Hampshire and the New Forest. Well situated, only a short walk from town with so many options for breakfast, lunch & dinner that we didn't get to try them all! Very helpful tips from Claire & Kevin.

Lovely hideaway
I stayed here with my 2 dogs for 4 nights, a lovely private cottage with everything you could need whilst being close to amenities in the village.

Great little bolthole in stunning area
This was a great place as a base for a few days, close to the village and the beach. Stunning area. Very very small but great for us as we were only sleeping there and out every day. Nice private space with basic cooking/dishwasher/fridge etc

Great Location
We had a lovely stay at Little Ridge, which is in an ideal location, close to the village with pubs and restaurants, the sea and with easy access to the new forest. The annexe is very well equipped and comfortable. Kevin greeted us on arrival and we knew we could make contact throughout the week, had we needed to. We would definitely like to return!

Relaxing break
This was a wonderful base to explore the surrounding area, with the Isle of Wight easily accessible as well as Stonehenge and of course the New Forest and local beaches.
The accommodation was quiet, clean and very comfortable and Kevin and Claire were really welcoming (not to mention Claire’s lovely cakes and even dog treats for our collie).
We would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in this area - thank you Kevin and Claire for a memorable holiday.

Little Ridge is Little Haven
A great little place to be based at, a short walk from the village and so near the New Forest. Spotlessly clean, tremendous owners who made us very welcome. Pray Claire brings you some cake!

Lovely little property in a fantastic location.
We had a wonderful 4 night break at this lovely property. Everything you need for a little peaceful break is provided. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk were provided upon arrival along with a nice couple of slices of cake! Extremely comfortable bed and great shower. The property is located just a few minutes walk front the lovely village of Milford on Sea which has a number of good quality restaurants and bar/pubs. Another 10 minute walk will take you to the sea front.
Overall a fantastic 4 night break. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful one bedroom property equipped with everything you could want and in a great location especially if you have dogs.

Perfect accommodation in perfect location.
Little Ridge was ideal in every respect. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. The village and beach are within easy walking distance as are dog friendly pubs,restaurants and coffee shops. We intend to return and would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Cosy annexe close to good restaurants
Really enjoyed our two nights here. Very warm and cosy. Facilities are just right and the place is within walking distance of nice restaurants and the beach.

New Year short break
We enjoyed our short stay at Milford on Sea and the apartment suited our needs with our dog very well. He tends to get spooked by fireworks and there were too few bangs to bother him.
We found eating out at The Smugglers Inn very acceptable and reasonably priced and dog friendly.

Lovely last minute getaway
We arrived to milk in the fridge and the house was noticeably clean. Cupboards and drawers were well stocked. Great shower!! Comfy bed. Very handy to have information kept for what’s around, lovely little area. Place is definitely suitable for 2 people. We have really enjoyed our time here and would love to return one day.

Well equipped , well presented, great location!
Stayed for three nights with our dog Connie. Perfect accommodation for two being just a short distance from the village centre and not much further to the sea front. Nice walk through the nature reserve also nearby and little need for the car. Happy to reco.mend the accommodation and location.

Wonderful peaceful village five minute walk and beach 10 minute walk
Kevin and Claire are wonderful they made us so welcome. My daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair they went out of their way to make everything perfect. We were left home made fruit cake and the following day delicious home made mince pies. They gave us lots of information on everything to see and walks to go on. Everything and everyone in Milford-on-Sea are kind cheerful and helpful.
Little Ridge is wonderful immaculate and has everything you need a real home from home. We are definitely going to go back again this time for a longer stay.
