About this house rental
Hacienda Campoamor is located inside a coffee farm, that produces high quality coffee, with amazing landscapes, a beautiful view of the Cauca River Canyon and of Farallones del Citará. Here our visitors will be able to relax sourrounded by nature and coffee trees, or they may learn about the process that goes into making an amazing cup of coffee.
Hacienda Campoamor is a place with a unique view to the Cauca River Canyon, and invites its visitors to get lost in its mountains and the coffee landscapes, which are a UNESCO world heritage site.
Our visitors may request a tour through our coffee farm and the "beneficiadero", to learn about the coffee process and how the best cup of coffee is made. This is the way to really understand the soul and passion that our "caficultores" put behind each cup of Oro Molido Coffee.
Access to the Hacienda should be done in a 4x4 car to avoid inconvenience. The road has a non paved section that can be uncomfortable if you are not prepared. However, it is very worth the stay !!! Do not let that discourage you to stay with us !!!
At this time due to the rainy season, the direct route to the farm is closed so you must take a long road that makes the arrival from Medellín longer. Usually by the direct way they time it takes one to arrive is 1:30 hours, by the alternate route it takes approximately 4 hours. Also, the non paved section has deteriorated, so you must arrive in a vehicle type campero or 4x4, this section has a duration of 45 minutes. We apologize for the inconveniences but we have no control over the access roads.
