The fabulous view of the river which was in the shade.
Humid atmosphere front en-suite bedroom. Worn out mattress on 5” bed.

Bare feet stuck to sticky floors.
Mat turned up corners a trip hazard.
Dodgy slider door hard to open.
Poor maintained garden area
Loose steps to kitchen.
Dry rot in bathroom.
