This beautiful, cozy, spacious BASEMENT apartment is located in a safe, nice, and quiet neighborhood. The premises has video surveillance. Only guest & number of guest on reservation permitted on premises. In this location, you will have the conveniences of shopping, movie theater, and a variety of restaurants. We are located a couple minutes off Interstate I-15. Enjoy easy access on and off I-15 freeway. Close to Hwy. 14 access to Cedar Breaks, 🌲Cedar Mountain, 🥾Bryce Canyon, 🐾Duck Creek Reservoir, and Brian head! ⛰ The Cedar City Recreation Center, Lake on the Hill, Discovery Park, Baseball ⚾️ Fields, Cedar High School, SUU campus is a couple miles from the residence. The Lake on the Hill has individual BBQ Grills, kayak & paddle board-rentals, fishing 🎣🌞 🛶 🐟 The Aquatic/Recreation center is located within 1 mile from our residence. 🏊‍♀️ It is the perfect location to attend the beautiful Cedar City Temple, Shakespeare Festival, Neil Simon Festival, Southern Utah University Campus, Huntsman Summer Games and much more. 🌿We are close to Zions National Park, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Three-peaks recreation area, Kannarraville Falls, and Brianhead Ski Resort. ❄️ Please keep in mind this is a basement apartment and a family resides on the main floor. We will make every effort to be respectful of you during your stay. There is camera surveillance. Please know only guests and number of guest on reservation may occupy residence. The entrance door to the apartment is down the stairs at the back of the residence. Please be cautious on the stairs. The keypad code provides easy access into the apartment. The living room is an open concept room with the kitchen included in this area. The oversized living room has 2 full size couches, a fold out sofa, and plenty of room for kids. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, and 1 room with bunk twin beds. There is a full kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There is no separate designated dining area. Bedrooms are roomy, clean and inviting. Bedding is provided. Bathroom includes towels, and toiletries. 🚫 RULES: * 🚫 Only guests & number of guests indicated on reservation are allowed on premises. Camera surveillance on premises. Violation of rule will void reservation and you will be ask to vacate premises. * 🚫 No candles or open flame of any kind *🚭 No smoking in or on premises a $500.00 fee for violating this rule. * 🚫 NO pets- violation fee 200.00 & void reservation. Allergy Free The back driveway is available for you to park in and will allow you easy access into the downstairs apartment. Firm Rule: 🚭 No Smoking in or on premises there will be $ 500.00 fee for violation of this rule! No smoking on or on premises!

It is a basement apartment in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The property is 5 minutes away from SUU. Again, it is a basement apartment so there was noise from upstairs. It could use a good dusting and the bathroom towels and shower curtain smelled a little weird.

Very nice space and kept very well. Lots of room. But it is noisy during the day and evening as a lot of activity upstairs. I'm sure it was normal foot traffic, but the basement is not soundproof by any means. If we want it to be quiet, this is not the place

Very nice place. Has everything you need and close to all the stores and restaurants. The only thing is that it is very noisy with the family upstairs. Hard to sleep.

Very clean, spacious and homey feeling place to stay. Plenty of linens for the bathroom but not enough dishes in the kitchen. Only 4 glasses. Occasional noise from the family upstairs but not late so not an issue with sleeping. Would stay again.

This basement apartment was great! Better than the pictures. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our kids to play. The backyard was amazing, with an apricot tree covered with fruit. Thanks, Denice, for a wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful place. More beds than expected. The bunk room has just two twin beds (1 bunk bed set). A roll away bed was a nice addition. They have provided folding chairs and a round table to eat at. That was very nice considering the kitchen is tiny especially for 8 people. The dishwasher was not working. The owner was very nice. And there was parking for both our vehicles. I actually found the queen bed we slept on to be very comfortable. We were there for summer games. You can definitely hear the noises upstairs as you can in most basements but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay.

Very great location for exploring different natural areas! Having a stocked kitchen and coffee maker were great amenities, everything was very clean! Internet was strong enough for video calls, though it could be spotty in certain places in the unit.

My family went to Utah for my wife's birthday to see the national parks in the area and this property was perfect. It was a 3 bed basement apartment with a private entrance so we could come and go as we needed. It had everything we needed including space for our 2 kids. Would definitely stay again.
