Nestled in Grayton Beach, this lovely house for $445 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Gulfstrand Up - Located in the heart of Grayton Beach, Gulfstrand Up is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex that sleeps 9 guests, with 2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin, and a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. These duplexes have become a favorite family destination in recent years. Beachy decor with comfortable furnishings lets you relax and enjoy the freedom of being at the beach. New interior paint throughout, complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, completely remodeled bathrooms, new bedroom flooring, new living room furniture, new bedding, new flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The community pool is 30' x 24. Easy beach access using the Grayton boardwalk just steps away. Parking for 1 vehicle, with extra parking on the east side of the community pool. ALL ON ONE LEVEL (UPSTAIRS) - Living room with queen sofa sleeper - Newly remodeled full kitchen - Dining area - Queen master bedroom with private bathroom (shower/tub combination) - Queen bedroom with shared hall bathroom (shower/tub combination) - Full and twin bedroom with hall bath shared with queen bedroom - Laundry room - Balcony *The community pool is typically heated during fall, holiday weeks, and spring break, but is based on the daily temperature and HOA discretion. *Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. Two houses to walk to the stunning water. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and very clean. The heated pool was amazing too. We had everything we needed to cook our meals but the Red Bar and Chringo’s are two awesome places to eat and just around the corner. The only issue we had are the beds and the couches are not as comfortable as they could be.

The space was great for 5 adults! Having a washer and dryer was nice, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the deck each morning and looking at the amazing gulf view. You could walk or take the trolley anywhere you needed to go, though we did rent a golf cart so we could explore neighboring towns. Condo could use a little TLC/maintenance but overall was perfect for what we were looking for.

This is the perfect place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was nice. A great place for all ages, would definitely stay here again!

The property was excellent. Just a short walk to the beach and other amenities. I would recommend renting bikes or a golf cart for your stay, as long as there will be ample room to park it. It makes exploring the neighboring towns a lot easier!

This was a great property with an excellent location. The costal lake is perfect as a natural kiddie pool and the beautiful emerald cost water can’t be beat. Access to a pool is also a huge plus. Our kids are 6 and 4 and they had a great time. The large kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and avoid the dinner crowds at Destin or Panama City

Overall the property did exactly what we needed it to do. Some things to consider; the parking is very small and will not fully accommodate both lower and upper vehicles if they are large. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes. If you plan to cook the pots and pans are understandable very cheap but will get the job done. This place is all about location and does not offer many frills. Overall a high 3 stars and gave it a 4; but look around as something further from the coast may be a little more cozy.

Property was very nice and super close to the beach. Loved the big porch deck. Quiet and relaxing, which is what we wanted for this trip. Will defenitley go back to this property if available on my next trip to Grayton Beach.

The rental was clean and in a great location. Only a few steps to the beach boardwalk! The neighborhood was quiet and the heated pool was nice. Our only complaint was the mattresses. Two had old box springs that were uncomfortable and loud. Every time you rolled over you woke up. Also, the fold out couch was advertised as memory foam, it is NOT! It is an old dirty, thin mattress. Because of the poor sleep, we sadly won't rent here again.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay on Grayton Beach. The check in/out process was super easy and the house was as advertised. Gulf strand up proves an excellent rental !
Gulfstand up was a perfect rental for my family. We stayed with my mother in law, a longtime friend, and my two teen daughters. The pool was across the street and the beach was walking distance.

Gulf Strand Up
We rented this property for a family vacation with our adult children and a grandbaby. Because of the stairway walls being dirty and handrail in disrepair, my first impression was not a good one. There is not a place in master bath to hang bath towels or put toiletries. The property floor plan suited us well with master bedroom being opposite other 2 bedrooms. We rented the downstairs unit as well for one of our sons and his wife and daughter. This was a convenient setup being in the same house, yet they had a separate area . The house is conveniently located near the pool and beautiful beach. The updated kitchen is very nice with fridge providing filtered water access and crushed ice. Our family enjoyed the house, overall.

Perfect for our family!
The house was perfect for a family - plenty of room to sleep comfortably. We had a great view of the pool which is where we spent most of our time. The beach wasn't too far of a walk but our children preferred the pool the whole time. The appliances were nice and updated, the beds were comfortable and cleaning was excellent. We had a quick walk to the Red Bar which was great so we didn't have to find parking. The ice cream truck came around each day around 11:30 am which was a nice treat after swimming all morning. Overall, the stay was wonderful. Nice and relaxing and everyone was so friendly!

Lots of space and a nice remodel
Lots of space for our group of 8. We stayed in Gulfstrand Down in 2014 and the remodel is a great improvement. The new appliances were nice; lots of room in the fridge. The new tile throughout made it easy to clean up all the sand we tracked in. As always, the beach was awesome. Very close walk to the beach and a pool right across the street. Grayton Beach is a great community and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Great stay
We just wrapped up a great stay at the Gulfstrand Up unit and it couldn't have been better! The unit was updated, fresh, clean and well taken care of. There was a community pool and we were just a short walk away to the beach boardwalk, the kids loved it. The property was a good fit for the group (two families of 4) and we would definitely recommend staying here!
