to find it, use "l'auberge etoilee" on google Maps, not the street address - Maps took us close but not to the right place using the address. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts - including Rox the snuggly dog! House is on a hillside. The owners have the upper floor, at ground level from the front. The driveway slopes down to the back, where the accomodation is on ground level on lower floor. Has an awesome private covered terrace overlooking beautiful gardens/vegetation. At night all you will hear is the odd cow or rooster. It's 10 - 15 minutes from town but 5 minutes from a 8 a Huit grocery store, take out and bakery. Extremely clean, easy parking, quiet haven just outside the city. Kitchen has 2 gas burners, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, rice maker (!). a/c in the bedroom. Shower works well with good pressure. Beach towels and folding chairs are supplied. We will definitely be going back! PS: Marcel's p'tit punch has a good alcoholic punch!

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ideal, um Grande Terre mit seinen schönen Stränden zu erkunden. Wir wurden von Marcel und Francianne sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und eingeladen. Alles in allem wirklich ein empfehlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil.
