Our two story home has two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living and dining area downstairs and a full bedroom and bath, complete with claw foot tub, upstairs. Relax on the front porch or enjoy the large back yard and the rear deck. There is plenty of on the street parking in front and secure, gated off street parking in the back. The whole house is yours. The kitchen is fully remodeled and the house has new A/C, heat, hot water, electrical and internet. Walk anywhere from the house for a night out on the town or a day on campus, or enjoy your time in our cozy home with the books, games, television and internet we provide. We also have bicycles available for your use if you want to get to know the town by bike!

House was cute and cozy. The only draw back was that there is not an oven in the kitchen- only a small toaster oven. I had planned on cooking a few meals while there, but without an oven it wasn’t possible.

This house is not for older folks. My 2 sisters, my brother-in-law, and I range in age from 78 to 80. The reason I stated the house is not for older folks is there is no railing on the steps going into the house. The living room furniture was antique and not comfortable to sit on. The cleaning supplies were in the basement and the basement door was a floor door and not easy to open. The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood.

Quirky but cute - as most homes of this era, the house has a lot of character, but it suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the shady backyard deck, and having Margie's Java Joint a short walk away.

It was horrible. We left within 1 hour after not being able to reach host by text, phone or email. Pictures of inside were accurate. However beds were all concrete hard. The antigue couch was dirty and old dusty. Hurt our backs within minutes. The other chairs for tv watching in common room, were horrible uncomfortable things too. The worst was the lack of security. The gated area had no lovk as advertized, and even if it had, it is installed incorrectly, so you can easily lift it up off the hunges. The front gate just dangles as it too is bad. The neighborhood is very scetch, and doesnt appear safe at all. I give this property an F rating.

We immediately were pleased with the neighborhood, parking and appearance of the house. The updated interior (bathrooms and kitchen) complemented the rest of the rooms of w19th century house. We were very comfortable and felt at home.

It is a historic house and decorated as such with some modern amenities. Myself and my adult daughters stayed for a family event in a nearby town. It was nice to each have our own room and it was nice to cook ourselves if we wanted to. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions. There is a French bakery I wanted to get pastries from but they sell out fast….maybe next time😁

The house was perfect! It was completely charming and in a wonderful neighborhood close to our family and wonderful coffee shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed and we look forward to coming back. Hopefully next time we’ll have time to enjoy the great backyard as well.

This is a great historic house. We were in town for a party at Weldwerks with our friends and both of our young children. Great location and great space. House was actually bigger than anticipated, we didn't even use the upstairs. Would like to visit again with better weather and more friends!

We had so much staying in your wonderful home. It felt like we were staying in the sweetest doll house. It was stocked with everything we could have ever needed and it is decorated with wonderful vintage pieces and all the art just added to the vintage feel. The location is perfect walking distance to donuts&coffee-pizza-parks and shopping. Communication with the host was easy breezey. Thank yoy so much - we will be back

We had a wonderful stay at this historic house. It was just a block away from UNC, so moving my daughter in was easy. Before we arrived, Kim suggested some places and things to do so that was helpful. Kim also took my calls or answered my texts when I had questions. If I'm ever in town again, I look forward to staying there again.

The home was very clean and the second floor bed comfortable. (we did not use first floor beds) Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and pans for cooking. Location was excellent for us being on the East side of town. Nice back yard with deck if you like to be outside. Secure rear parking with security light. Nice to be off the street, alley a little rough and bumpy go slow. The next time we come to Greeley for a visit we will definately book again.
