Very convenient, would stay again

Location was pretty good - just over the road from district 1. good for a tour pick up and a cheap Grab ride away from loads of places. The room was good. A Severn eleven and nice coffee shop on the ground floor. Both with free WiFi. The pool was nice.

Enjoyable, comfortable, easy to get to, had decent facilities, clean, perfect for what we needed

Location was good anything we needed was in walking distance.

We noticed the door to where the washing machine is didn’t close properly so there was lots of noise coming into the room.

Motorcycle adventure stop over before Cambodia

Great place to stay just outside district 1 which is manic . I don’t realise but it is an apartment . Got super parking for the motorcycles which are guarded 24 hr . There was shops and coffee bar in the ground floor . Enjoyed the stay . Great view from the 18 th floor . The man who owns it was great to deal with

ottima accoglienza, da migliorare

appartamento molto ampio e pulito, l host perfetto, ottima comunicazione, comodo 711 sotto la struttura, residence ben sorvegliato e accogliente

la posizione non è il massimo, è solo ad 1.7 km dal centro, ma la passeggiata non è piacevole, strada molto trafficata e piena di smog e la via/ quartiere è molto povero, i rumori dalla strada sono molto forti ( anche al 20 piano ) e la chiesa sottostante reca disturbo già la mattina alle 5, mancano doppi vetri.

Perfect little apartment for a couple (+ baby) with nice views

Welcoming host. View from the window. Nice and practical furniture. Enough space. Drinkable water tank. Good washing machine. Pool against the heat of the city (not really infinity but quite big, until 9pm, closed for cleaning on Monday). Location was perfect, not in the center but close to many restaurants and shops. Perfect for us und our baby sleeping with us on the bed. We even stayed a night longer.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, but inappropriate room category

The location is a bit away from the city center, but easy to take a Grab car in a few minutes. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The washing machine was useful. The staff was friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage until late at night.

We reserved a 1-bedroom apartment of 45m2, but mine was not that large. It had no living room, no dining table or no sofa. The category should be reconsidered.

Exceptionally Good

Property is at the heart of the city and all the recommended places to visit are within 4-5 kms of the stay. Bryan as host was exceptional. Starting from greeting as late night (since we arrived very late at night) to helping us with everything (including allowing us to stay a bit longer and keeping our luggages for some time even after we checked out).

Pool was lovely. Location was easy walk to district 1 while still experiencing other parts of town

An honest, clean and affordable room, great for families.

Bryan, the host, was fantastic. He made us feel comfortable from the word go.

Too much day light in the morning... curtains could be upgraded to a "blackout" style. It woke us up too early...

Für einen Städtetrip perfekt.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Apartment mit spitzen Aussicht... vom Flughafen ca. 20 min mit dem Taxi (200k VND mit Grab)...7-Eleven und Winmart direkt im Komplex, großer Trinkwasserbehälter in der Küche, Besitzerin immer erreichbar... Pool sehr sauber

房间干净宽敞，家具及各种设施齐全，价格便宜，房东人很好，我住在顶层33层，可以很好的俯瞰西贡的景色。还可以使用一个很好的露天泳池。

有一间房间锁了门不能打开，我是一个人住，所以我对那个房间感到害怕。

Great location and modern apartments. Will come back again

Great location close to everything. Easy car park for big buses. Great service from manager / owner Ms Tang. they kept our big suitcases when we checked out to go on tour before coming back and checkin again. Swimming is clean and spacious with nice landscaping. Highly recommended

Apartment could have more kitchen towels , anti slippery floor mats and drinking water.

Exceptional

Apartment on 10th floor of 33 story newish building so wonderful city views. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Big fridge. Bottled water. Wonderful attentive staff. Bryan and Lee went way beyond expectations by being on site and attending to all our needs and queries within minutes. They recommended day tours which were excellent and ordered taxis to and from the International airport. The communication was consistently first class. The big pool on the 7th floor was lovely and open 6am tp 9pm. Thanks guys. We had a lovely time.

Excellent value and good location. Perfect for families.

It’s great value for families and very easy to check in and out.

Little things like decent towels would really make it a much better experience. It isn’t a big investment and does make a difference. It had a full kitchen with some utensils but not really suitable if you are planning to cook a meal. It wasn’t necessary though as there were lots of options nearby at great prices so not a deal breaker but a nice to have.

Was not aware that it had no reception. So had to call owners to check in. They live in the complex so easy to contact them. However need to make sure that you have wifi access or sim. Lucky we bought an esim.

Lovely people and a clean room!

The people were so friendly and helpful. Very warm welcome. The room was also very clean and the facilities (washing machine, smart tv, kitchen) were very nice aswel.

The only thing which we found less was the bed. It was very very hard in our opinion.

Adequate, clean, comfy, roomy, but overpriced.

hosts communicated well and met us even when things kept getting delayed with the weather. they were happy to provide information about the local area upon checkin. Water provided to drink, and loved the use of the washing machine.

Very fixed on check out times - to the minute! Pre-arranged to have bags stored and access to pool once checked out (their suggestion), but they knew nothing of it? The guy was also not happy about doing it in the end. Very overpriced compared to others in the same building. the pool deck is extremely slippery and UNSAFE! I fell over and have a massive bruise on my arm days later. Very unsafe, so be careful. We also got stomach bugs from using the pool as well.
