I had to reschedule one night of a cross-country road trip and we wound up here. I hadn't paid much attention to the location and amenities, and we were thrilled to discover the 9th-floor restaurant. We had wonderful cocktails and snacks while watching the sun set over the Mississippi -- a really great stay! Breakfast was also decent, parking was easy.

The room was beautiful, bathroom smelled like poop as soon as we got there. Smell wouldn’t go away.
Pool had 50+ people in it Saturday night, chaotic, water was gross, no towels for over an hour. I finally had to leave the pool area sopping wet and go to front lobby to ask for towels. She then brought in maybe 8 for 50+ people. Cloudy, couldn’t even see my feet, hurt our eyes, smelled gross, hair and bandaids everywhere. Probably need to have a pool at capacity sign or only allow X amount of people…
