Situated in Ocean City, this charming condo for $800 per night is a great option for your next break. Most desirable location in Ocean City, the heart of the Goldcoast on the 25th block of Wesley Avenue (2509 Wesley Ave., Ocean City)!! This gorgeous, beach front home with PRIVATE walk to beach includes 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, and parking for 3-4 cars. This property will accommodate 16 people and has two master suites!! The open floor plan boasts a large living area, providing a comfortable and spacious living and dining space. Our Gold Coast condo is over 2500 Sq Feet and includes 6 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. The home is between 25th and 26th Streets on Wesley Avenue, on the beach. This exclusive property is in the heart of Ocean City's desirable Gold Coast area, with gorgeous beaches and comfort in a beautiful setting. Truly, the best of all worlds. This first floor condo actually has two levels, and a private entrance. The fully equipped kitchen features a large center island with stools, appliances, and upgraded cabinets and fixtures. Enjoy the ocean breezes while relaxing or dining on the large, balcony facing the ocean. The main level of the property includes a kitchen, dining area, living area, deck facing the ocean, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a laundry area. The lower level of the property includes a cabana room/bedroom that sleeps five (queen bed, full under twin bunk), table & chairs, and TV), and a full bathroom. We supply 12 beach tags (need for those 12 years of age and older) for your stay, wifi, a gas grill, and parking for 3 (in addition street parking is available). 12 beach chairs will save you lots of room in your car. Every bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. This property is perfect for multiple families. Bedroom layout: Bedroom #1 Master King Suite - King bed (with attached full bathroom) Bedroom #2 - Master Queen Suite - Queen bed w/ attached full bath Bedroom #3 - Queen Bedroom # 4 - two Twin (sleeps 2) Bedroom #5 - Queen Bedroom #6 Cabana bedroom - Queen Bed with full sleeper sofa (sleeps 4) There are also twin size portable/folding beds with mattresses. When filling out inquiry request please include all information including number of adults, children in your party and include your email and phone number. Thank you! Guests provide their own linens and towels. This property is NO Smoking and NO Pets allowed. No senior week. In season Rentals are Saturday to Saturday July and August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes right passed our property. The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (25th street). Rates: Adult 1 way: $2.50, Adult All Day Pass: $4.00. Child under 4 feet one way: $1.50 , Child under 4 feet all day pass: $2.00. Babies in arms (under 12 month) free if they do not occupy a seat.

The house was as described. Great location and very spacious. Upon check-in we had a bathroom with an inch of water on the floor and another bathroom with no running water. A quick call to the owner and then the property manager got this fixed for us. Some areas could use some updating/replacements (like toilet seats). Overall happy with our stay

Perhaps because it was the end of the season, there were not enough forks in the silverware drawer (no worries, we used a few spoons!) I only mention this so they can be replenished. We were glad to have the grill, the beach chairs, the boogie boards. Thank you for making this great property available for rent. I wonder if it will be available for the same week in September next year and, if so, what will the price be?

We had a family gathering to celebrate the life of my mother, who died this year. It was a great location for getting to the beach, boardwalk and downtown. Plenty of chairs and space to visit with each other. The second fridge in the garage is very helpful, as is the abundance of trash and recycling containers. A great choice!

We had a wonderful time at this home on the beach! There is plenty of room and it was so nice to be right on the beach. A quick walk and you're there. The house was comfortable, clean and had plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 5 young children. The only thing I would suggest is some more cooking utensils and silverware. It was a great weekend and I would definately do it again.

We had a wonderful time at this home on the beach! There is plenty of room and it was so nice to be right on the beach. A quick walk and you're there. We absolutely loved our stay. The weather was terrible but the house was spacious and the openness and views made us feel like we had plenty of room. The host/owner was very attentive, and accommodating she was a pleasure to work with.

Access to beach was wonderful.The fact that we had to carry bedding linen -sheets and pillow covers was a bummer , but I guess it's due to covid .wonderful stay overall !

The views were great! It was a little cool and windy so we put our chairs out on the back lawn where the wind was blocked and it was beautiful!!

Room for Everyone
We had 14 adults at the house for a long Easter weekend. We also celebrated a 50th birthday while there. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have a good time with the large table. The views were great! It was a little cool and windy so we put our chairs out on the back lawn where the wind was blocked and it was beautiful!!

Fantastic Beach House
This house is absolutely terrific for a variety of reasons. We were four couples and were able to spend a week together without being on top of each other. The location can't be beat and the house has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Everything is in working condition and we had no issues at all.
The owner of the property is wonderful.
We would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect in every way
This beach house is so lovely and beautiful. The house is incredibly clean and spacious. Mary Ellen was a joy to work with and quick communicator each time I had a question. The house is even nicer in person- the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are comfortable and the beach view is amazing. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean.

Perfect weekend getaway!
We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party. The home was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had space for everything we needed and the view was spectacular. Hope to rent again. Perfect for large groups.

This home was very nice. Plenty of room for a large family. We were there in January to celebrate a birthday. The room on the lower level for all the kids. We loved this house.

Thanksgiving Holiday
Rented the house for Thanksgiving. The weather was cold and windy but the house was very comfortable. Very roomy and better than the pictures. The morning view is priceless. We cold see dolphins jumping up in the water. My grandchildren were thrilled. The location is perfect.

Perfect beach getaway!
My group of five friends spent an October weekend in this lovely, spacious, well equipped, spotless and warm home. Maryellen was terrific - incredibly responsive, accommodating and helpful. The rental was perfect for groups - large comfortable gathering space with lots of bedrooms so we could all have our own bedroom (with one to spare!). The view is incredible with easy access to the beach. The house was so wonderful we decided to eat all our meals there and left only for beautiful walks along the beach. A perfect weekend!

Awesome Vacation
This was our second stay at one of Maryellen's properties. Her places are beautiful and well maintained. She saw immediately to any questions we had. Our guests from out of state were impressed with the house's location and all that Ocean City Boardwalk had to offer. We will definitely be staying at one of her properties again. Thanks Maryellen.
