Once you arrive, all you need to do is just park your car and enjoy the benefits that the city has to offer? you will not need your car it until you are ready to leave. With over 3,000 square feet of living space, it?s the ideal home for family vacations and get-togethers. This one of a kind property has NO steps to gain access on all floors nor steps in the interior of the home, making it perfect for small children and the elderly who want to come and relax down at the shore. Coupled with a large front porch where everyone can enjoy the scenes of the city and the ocean breezes we offer a spacious deck off the master bedroom where you can relish in a well-deserved haven and a large deck off the large 3rd floor loft that has a small ocean view. Moreover, there is a private entrance and direct access from the garage level that includes a large storage area for your bikes and/or beach gear, a separate enclosed shower and dressing room, plus an outside shower for your convenience that provides for a quick and easy clean up after the beach.
